The all you can eat Prime Rib on Saturdays did not disappoint! Best Prime Rib I’ve had in a long time. It was so tender and flavorful that I had to ask for seconds. It comes with a soup and salad bar, which was also amazing! Our server Quincy took excellent care of us, so we’ll definitely be going back soon!

My friend and I were headed back to Iowa yesterday after an appointment at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. We decided to stop and have lunch at Jac’s Bar and Grill. My friend and I both had the fish bites with their homemade tartar sauce and they were excellent. The fries were great also. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Our nice sized booth was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We usually go here on Fridays. I haven’t had a bad meal here yet. I usually try something new each time. The food is reasonably priced and the serve is fast. We usually have our food within 15 minutes of ordering.

Have been several times, have never had a bad meal! The food is great – from the flatbreads to sandwiches and more. They have a fairly expansive menu with common items and unique offerings too.
The bar area is limited in size but there is an additional dining area. It’s a bit hidden, which is nice, but if you haven’t been there before you could miss it.
The service has been hit or miss, to be honest. Sometimes extremely slow, sometimes very inattentive. But also, there’s times it’s been very enjoyable with the speed or timing of food as it should be and servers/bartenders that take good care of you. There does seem to be several employees….which leads me to this. It’s disheartening to see reviews based solely on the owners apparently having an outstanding bill with a contractor. While I agree, that’s not right and very unfair to do to another small business, that kind of feedback belongs to the BBB. There are employees who rely on their check to support their families, it is not their fault. So boycott their business, leave a bad review with BBB, etc if you see fit. But reviewing anything other than their food, service, and atmosphere without ever experiencing it especially, doesn’t belong here.
If you haven’t tried them, I would recommend their food!

This restaurant absolutely ruled. I was very impressed with the seating and speed of service. Melissa was an excellent server and had a great conversation with us! It was like we made a new friend. The other patrons also enjoyed conversing with us about my friends dog, who is much thinner than the guys daughters dog. The jacked up burger was GREAT, but portions are huge. Make sure you’re HUNGRYif you’re jonesin for Jacs!

Stopped in on our way through town over the weekend. Had a nice meal with my family. All of the food was good but nothing was spectacular. Our server was good as well but the place was very busy and I think she needed more help. My drink was pretty weak as well.
Would stop in again but I don’t think we will ever be in the area again.

Great food! Everything we get, we love. Personal favorite is the fish bites! We typically order online and pick up, and it’s always ready within 15-20 minutes, without fail. Great food and fast! Highly recommend

The food was really good, big portions. Cheese curds are huge. Only drawback was it took a little longer than expected, and there weren’t that many people in there, But the server was very nice.
