The perfect American style breakfast. The bacon was served exactly the way I like it which is crispy. The waffle was fluffy and delicious. Got to have the southern style grits with cheese as well. If there is a waffle house restaurant in a state I am passing through then it is my go to breakfast spot.

This location looked dirty when I walked in but I decided to sit down. When I walked in, I was not even acknowledged. I sat down at a table and waited about 5 minutes and no one ever came to my table and it looked like no one was going to. A waitress then came by and took the order to a table next to me and I thought she would come and take my order since she saw I was there waiting with my baby but she walked away.All the employees were discussing who was coming in today and what time. I decided to leave and I will not be returning to this location. Waffle house on pinewood is a lot better of a location. Dont waste your time here.

This location is our favorite breakfast place in Sumter. The portion size is good and always arrives hot and the service is always quick and accurate. A special mention about our favorite staff member, Virginia. She always welcomes us with a smile and has an amazing memory for prior customer’s preferences in drink and food. We’ve traveled all over the South and this WH outshines them all.

HORRIBLE! Took 12 minutes to get served! Place was NOT busy! 3 tables had 2 people each in them.. The Manager, saw me sit down, didn’t greet me, as the other 9 or more employees didn’t either! Customer service was negative 50! Ordered the All Star, waffle came out 10 minutes after I got the grits, eggs & sausage.. it was not fully cooked, too doughy and not a full waffle as it should’ve been! Didn’t send it back, as I was NEVER checked on, and employees were huddled up in conversation! Will NEVER return to this one!
