Let me start with I love my Round Table Pizza and I especially love my delivery driver, but recently they switched to some system that sends your order to Doordash and you can no longer call the store to talk to someone when you have an issue with the order so when mine happened, I put my order in at 2:30. I got a notification at 3:12 that my order was not going to show up until 6 PM at night. That is not normal for my Roundtable. Then five minutes later I get another message that says my order has been canceled. After this occurred. I tried calling my Roundtable only to get sent to the message center multiple times while being hung up on and trying again the person at the message center couldn’t help me. It was really frustrating and there was no way for me to contact my actual Round Table Pizza store to see what was happening in the real world luckily for me my pizza showed up perfect hot and with my favorite delivery driver who I always really enjoy seeing because he’s so pleasant. I explained to him what had happened and he said the best thing I could do was to let the store know my experience. Well, I had to tell him because I can’t call the store to share my experience. It just puts me back to the call center which doesn’t help you in anyway whatsoever and my receipt shows a message that I’ve never written before, and it seemed rather rude and not characteristic for me at all and it’s based on a coupon that probably hasn’t existed in over a decade so I don’t even think it’s my message so I apologize to my driver because it seemed kind of unkind to have that message on there he said everything was fine and he understood my frustration because I’m not the first person to share this with him so I hope the managers read this message and understand that the message service you’re using really puts a damper on the experience because your shop is great. Your pizza is amazing and you’re the only place I get pizza from for the last 10 years. I’ve lived at this location. I hope this reaches the right people and if it does know that I love the delivery driver and he’s fantastic.

Ms Ariana the cashier/ Chef who also prepared the personal pizza that costed about 15 bucks very well.
I definitely recommend this place service was excellent loved the buffalo sauce they have mild medium… I recommend the sausage and green pepper the chicken is not good tastes like it’s boiled or from a can.
enjoy it and a small gives u six slices or 8 small sizes and if u r not a big eater its enough for two people thx so much for a great experience ❤️

It’s me, again! I wanted to take a minute and share with you, a surprisingly pleasant expirience, my wife had at Round Table Pizza! Now, I’ve had pizza from this restaurant before and was not impressed and therefore, the opinion I formed was low enough to keep me from returning, as I usually 86 a business that I don’t care for and never go back!
But that was some years ago and apparently, circumstances have changed. On this day, we made a spur of the moment decision to revisit this provider and i was surprised to find that, their product and service had significantly improved and was world’s apart from the memory that I had carried with me, for so many years! Now, I’m not a person who changes their mind easily, once it’s made up, as I am careful to have my research be as thorough and complete as possible before I allow myself to formulate an opinion. However, once I do, that opinion is usually set in stone! But occasionally, I must concede to evidence that parameters and circumstances, surrounding my opinion, have changed and therefore, so must my decision. I’m happy to report that this was definately one of those times! The Round Table, in Fed Way, WA., turned out to be one of the rare businesses to accomplish this change in my opinion, and I must congratulate the company for their efforts and attempt to thank them with this decidedly positive review!
So… Here goes…
The restaurant itself, was beautiful and immaculate, with wide open space that was bright, roomy and comfortably arranged, with plenty of comfortable seating. It was staffed with bright eyed employees, who were pleasent, energetic and helpful, making the environment all the more pleasent. They had a large game room, that was glass enclosed and separated from the restaurant area, with quite a few games for both children and adults and another large, glass enclosed banquet room that was also separated from the restaurant. The service was great! And the food was even better! The pizza was a little greasy, but that may be due to the generous amount of pepperoni, covering the entire pizza. Now myself, being originally from New York City, (which is, by the way, also very close to Chicago), dare say that I know great pizza and this pizza came pretty close to rivaling the pizza that the east coast is famous for. And, that’s not easy! I’m happy to say, it was a great expirience, all around and I’m sad to say, I wish I had rediscovered it much sooner. I hope my humble review, helps others avoid the same mistake!

We coordinated a surprise birthday party here for my partners sister and it was a TOTAL SUCCESS. The space was perfect, we were able to set up a selfie photo corner and gift table. The staff was friendly & accommodating- placed our ice cream in the freezer. They provided the items we asked for with a smile. The pizza was amazing, the salad bar was fresh and fed the kids without hassle. Grabbed our custom cake from the Walmart bakery & walked across the street to round table. Ample parking and afterwards we were 1 street light away from skating with the whole family. This was a 10/10 choice and was nostalgic. It reminds me of the birthday parties we had as kids with pizza and skating. Nobody was on their phone. Thank you Round Table!!!!

If it was gourmet with organic toppings and “wow” flavor, fine. But honestly? It didn’t even outshine a $10 Costco pizza that comes with the added thrill of eating it under fluorescent lighting next to a pallet of trail mix the size of a studio apartment.
Overall,,,Come for the hang, tip the crew—just don’t expect the price to match the pizza.

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Apparently their menu is not accurate so don’t order off of it. The food was subpar and my cup had something extremely nasty in it. The service was even worse. I ordered a family size Cesar salad with grilled chicken. I was charged for that. The pizza came out and still no salad. Checked on it and they said it was the buffet. We told them again what we ordered and showed them on their own menu that it is not the same as the buffet and we weren’t charged for the buffet. They didn’t apologize or do anything to make it right. We had to demand a refund for it. The pizza we ordered came out and was a thin crust, and we didn’t order that. Beware!

My personal bacon/artichoke w/white sauce thin crust pizza was Amazing! It really exceeded my expectations. I didn’t partake of the salad bar, but the ingredients were plentiful and fresh looking. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean. I will definitely go back.

I Ordered my Pizza at 6:30…I called to see where my Pizza is.It is already 7:45… This is why you never give a tip before you get your food. I can’t even believe that the person on the phone asked me if I wanted to give this driver a tip when he can’t even be here when they say 45 minutes, it’s been an hour and 15 minutes.n Never order Pizza from this place. Always go pick it up. When I called the person on the phone said your Pizza will be there at 7:50. Yeah, right, it’s already 750 now. And it’s still not here. I want my money back. I want to be refunded, and they will not give it back to me. Terrible place to order delivery. Don’t ever do it.
