If you’re on the hunt for a new favorite spot, let me introduce you to a gem that deserves all the praise: the Birria Melt! This dish is nothing short of spectacular—imagine a perfectly grilled buttery toast replacing the typical taco, utterly packed with flavor. Priced at $16.99, it’s not just filling; it’s an experience! I easily rate this a solid 10 out of 10.
Next on the menu is the Pork-Chase-A-Dilla priced at $12.99. This dish comes in a generous portion and is bursting with savory goodness and a delightful barbecue flavor. It’s a must-try for anyone seeking a rich and satisfying flavor profile.
But if you’re in the mood for something crispy and fun, don’t miss the Tavern Tenders at just $11.99. Each piece is breaded to perfection and seasoned just right. We paired ours with a fantastic honey Sriracha sauce that elevated each bite—dipping everything in it was a game changer!
The ambiance of the place is equally enticing. The atmosphere is chill and welcoming, perfect for any friend group, and the universal aesthetics offer a vibe everyone can enjoy. Kudos to Chase for providing exceptional service and thoughtful suggestions throughout our visit! Fun events like Trivia Thursday make it even more exciting—can’t wait for that!
Overall, this place is a must-try, and I highly recommend making a visit. You won’t regret indulging in these mouthwatering dishes! See you there!
What really makes this place shine, though, is the atmosphere. The bartenders are the best around — always friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. They remember you, they make you laugh, and they make the whole experience feel personal. It’s one of the few spots where you walk in and immediately feel like you’re part of the family.
The people here, both staff and regulars, create such a comfortable, positive fun vibe. Let’s go!
It is an unassuming establishment and calls itself a ‘vibe’ vs a dive bar. It’s a dive bar IMO with really great food.
They are located on colonial and although they have signage, it’s easy to pass. They have several parking spots but it was a slow night and that lot was half full, so I imagine it would be hard to park there for games and such.
This is not generally my scene, but we were thoroughly impressed. They had a jukebox, dart throwing and sports on. It was loud but we could communicate.
Our server was Mark. He was incredible. He was managing several tables and the phones – all at the same time.
The menu is impressive for such a small place and leans to bar food and Mexican. There are even a few Vegan and other specialty options. And they have happy hour too.
I noticed that a lot of the food options were listed as spicy and that’s not what I wanted. So, I custom-made a quesadilla. It was huge and so very good (one piece pictured). One of the best I’ve had here in Orlando and not overloaded with cheese – the perfect amount.
My husband had 3 pork tacos and couldn’t finish them. They were also very, very good. We had leftovers which was nice. And, they have great prices! I think our bill (without the discount) was only about $35!!
I had a basic $5 glass of wine and he had a Corona. Not bad and satisfied the craving.
If you are down there and looking for this vibe and food, check them out. We will definitely go again!
