I had a very disappointing experience at this Panda Express, mainly due to the customer service. When I asked how long honey walnut shrimp been sitting out, because it looked old. One male employee said he didn’t know how long it’s been sitting out under the warmer. Another male employee came over and said it’s been sitting out for 15 minutes. Clearly from the photo it look like it’s been sitting out for hours.

Instead of either employee attempting to check on it, they seemed unsure and still tried to serve it. For seafood, that’s a major concern.

What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism. No one took the initiative to verify the freshness, replace the batch, or even communicate confidently about the issue. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and transparency—especially when I’m asking about food safety.

I requested a manager on duty, however I was met with total disregard and disrespect by two female employees. They stated “there is no manager on duty, you can only have the number to the HR department”.

I left without ordering because I didn’t feel comfortable with the way the situation was handled. Management really needs to improve customer service training, teach the team how to respond to simple questions, and ensure employees know how to handle food that may have been sitting out too long.

I hope this location steps up its service and communication, because customers deserve better.

Usually I don’t leave reviews for fast dining restaurants, but today while in the drive thru I experienced something awful; a very angry, very racist person in the car ahead of me shouting at the drive thru attendant and calling them slurs. So, I just felt compelled to leave my opinion on this place in case that person ends up causing issues for the workers who were just trying to do their job.

I frequent this location because it’s close to a store I shop at often. Every time I’ve been inside the establishment or gone through the drive through I have experienced nothing less than amazing service. The place is clean, the food is always good, my order is always correct, and the staff is always friendly. Everyone working here is awesome and deserves respect and kindness- just as they give their customers.

I ordered carryout for delivery and only received 1 out of the 4 items I paid for. I called the store to request a refund, but the woman who answered told me to call back in 10 minutes because they were ‘too busy’ to get a manager. I waited 20 minutes and called again—no one answered any of my calls. Extremely unprofessional customer service. If they don’t want to deal with upset customers, they should make sure orders are prepared correctly in the first place. I will never be ordering from this location again.

I went here to pick out a meal .They had alot of new flavors. I asked if I could sample just a tiny piece to make sure it wasnt too spicy. And the worker said we dont do that here. Why are places so rude . Its not like they dont charge way over price menu. And the workers dont care how your experience was . They just want to close early and go home .

Hear me out. I reserve 1 and 5 star ratings, for the extreme, the unusual, or superior. This was not exactly that however it was close in a sense that most experiences at any fast or casual fast dining from a chain restaurant is typically a bad or extremely mediocre in the city. I came here twice within 7 days and was impressed. Both visits were on a Saturday evening so maybe the better crew. Anyway my food was fresh, tatsed fire, and service was good. The one time I went in to grab my online order the staff was friendly and the next I went to the drive through and checkout was cool. Its easy to review when you’re mad which the reviews seem to reflect that. Finally, to get good service and food from a city chain restaurant, drove me to review.

My food last night was on point. Is this the healthiest you could eat? Of course not. But their options are better than fast food. The greens pair well with the all the proteins. They have several lower calorie not fried protein options. Even though the lo mein is fried it says theyre wheat noodles, not white though (doesnt specifically 100% whole wheat). I need to look up what oils they use, probably not good though. I wish they had a non fried appetizer on the menu, they dont. Also I love that the menu is super flexible.

I can only account for Saturday nights service and food but my food was fresh and on point both visits. Whoop whoop!!!!!!

Edit 9/14/22: the lobby doors are constantly locked no matter the time of day. There’s no signage and no way to know this. I’m a pedestrian so I guess I won’t be eating there again.

I hadn’t eaten Panda Express before, but I was pleased with the food quality. The Super Greens were a bit undercooked, but tasty, and I enjoyed the honey walnut shrimp.

I’m giving them four stars for a couple reasons. 1-they had no napkins, and they were completely unapologetic about it. When customers asked, they’d just say, “Oh, we don’t have any.” The supply chain is a bite, but you’re literally a block from Target. I’ve worked fast food and every manager I had would go buy ten packs of Target napkins instead of saying tough luck. 2-this weird sign on the bathroom door. There are two stalls in the bathroom. What in the world?! Are people doing the do in the Panda Express bathroom?

I ordered delivery through the Panda app. When the food arrived, one plate was missing. Two other plates had incorrect entrees. (Last time we ordered delivery from this location, we also got incorrect entrees.). I submitted a complaint to Panda online. Two weeks later I still haven’t received any response. Very dissatisfied.

Even if you order online, you will wait for your food. They didn’t start making the food for our order for more than 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Then when they had one thing ready, they didn’t have the rest ready. They rushed the greens so they were undercooked and hard. We were going to eat in the dining room, but I was glad we carried out because it was very loud inside and almost every table was dirty with food on it. This was a Monday night and less busy than usual per Google.

I don’t know what happened to this place since I last visited, but I will not be back. The night time female manager with blonde hair coughed & used her hand to cover her mouth. I waited to see if she would go wash her hands before I said anything, but no she went on to stir the shrimp on the line & then asked the cook to make more. I told the young man at the register that she was nasty & I won’t be back. Her response was “so I don’t care.” I let her know she was nasty for cough on other people’s food & not washing her hands. Then the food on the line that she coughed on got boxed up for people to eat. If you feel a cough or sneeze come on then turn to the side & cough or sneeze into your elbow. It’s not that hard. Then you got immune compromised people that eat here so that little cough on their food could make them seriously ill, but like she said “so I don’t care.”
