Ordered at 6:19pm and sat in line with only 2 cars ahead of us. Finally at 6:46pm we made it to the second window. The lady at the first window while we waited was sitting on her phone. So overall for 2 happy meals it tool 45 mins. We watched what the 2 cars ahead of us got. They received equal if not 1 extra item compared to us. Im actually surprised its at a 3.1 overall. Should be a 2.
Finally after the entire wait we received our order 35 mins after ordering. Even a sitdown restaurant has quicker service

Usually very great experience. Tonight I ordered a daily double sandwhich and it was missing the burger patties so it was just toppings in bread. 🙁

Had a 9.99 meal which was a 20-piece chicken nugget and two medium fries place to go order it with my thing above the allows me to scan for my deals they screwed up and accidentally deleted it and instead of giving me a refund for the 20-piece chicken nugget they instead gave me the full price for the Nugget thankfully a nice guy paid for the rest of my food because I was a dollar off for the nuggets because I only brought with my regular order amount which I usually carry a 20 on me though the atmosphere was nice I will not be returning to this establishment and what it said will continue to go to the one in Turtle Lake where they treat me fairly and know my name

Waited 38 mins to get our cold food. Only 4 other orders on the screen. Crappy food crappy service except the young blond girl behind the counter apologizing for everybody’s mistakes. Never coming back to this location. MY SUGGESTION HIT TOM THUMB UP NEXT DOOR. Way better food and u get it in 10 mins

Swing thru the drive thru 3/20/25, food was about as good as it can be for a McDonalds but what i was surprised the most was the bag was folded nice, retaining all the heat. This practice at Most Fast food restaurants is often forgotten, or the bag is over packed. Might be Petty, but I’m 49. When I was 14, folding a bag was a training procedure and an important part of the experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life at a fast food resturant, and I’ve gone here many times. I do not like making negative reviews but something has to be said. The manager was very rude and disrespectful upon us going through the drive through. We placed an online order and once we got to the second window, the manager gave us only one of the drinks that was a size small with ice in it, when we ordered a large no ice, and only one meal, when we ordered two. We politely told him that we didn’t get the right size of drink, and that it had ice in it and we still needed the other meal. He said “The $5 meal deal, has the smallest drink and that’s what you’re getting.” I said “sir we upgraded” and we told him we’d get the receipt. He scoffed, got frustrated and argued with us. So once my friend and I handed him the receipt he said “oh my god”. He then yelled at us to give him the one meal/bag of food he did hand us and said “that ones not your order its the wrong one, thats what ive been trying to tell you!” As if we had any idea he’d given us the wrong food since we checked and it was one of the $5 meal deals. So we gave it back. Then they told us the machine was not working for the frozen drinks so I requested a refund..since I paid for it. Once we recieved our food, they didn’t even give us the right sauce. Ultimately I couldn’t care less about the sauce, I’m more so disheartened to see such a person taking charge. I hope that he treats people more kindly in the future because that was totally unacceptable behavior. And as a local, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location ever.

At the drive thru. We ordered 4 of the same happy meals, an oreo mcflurry, and a #3 meal. The fries for the #3 were in the bag upside down, the McFlurry was not mixed at all, there was an extra nuggets in one happy meal, and we asked for Xtra fries and got apple slices. Good job getting food out quickly, but it wasn’t right.
