Very naice. Drive through was busy, but folks got along right on through. Inside service was just as fast. Shoutout to the staff member who gave us a sample coffee/pastry combo. That was nice.

Walked into my first Starbucks experience today. I could feel the pretentious over-priced aura as soon as I hit the side walk.
Cars illegally parked in the no parking zone and an overly crowded drive-thru forced me to go in.
Now I know better than to pay their over inflated pricing, I’m no dummy. However, my idiot millennial brother just cannot drink “lesser coffee” from Wawa or Dunkin’.
So anyway, I walk in expecting to have massive line to wait in. People filled the room in a kind of scattered, we’re all here separately, waiting for our addiction cups. The line, however, was 1 person and they were finishing up.
I said “I need a $50 gift card”… And this nauseatingly sweet register girl rung me up and even had the audacity to ask one such as myself, who came in wearing shorts and sandals while it was snowing outside, if I wanted something else.
“HAHA. NO!!! YOU’LL NEVER FOOL ME!” I screamed in my head. All I said was No.
I paid my money and bought the gift card and while I am leaving without having a negative experience in any way, I know I escaped a prison of delicious addiction like my kid brother. What a sucker!

I was at this location this morning and ordered a drink that came out looking completely wrong. I asked for it to be fixed and the boy at the window took my drink and then brought it back a moment later and tried to give me it again. I said sorry but that looks exactly the same and then he told me that he couldn’t fix it. I had to refuse the drink and say that I will not drink that. Then he took the drink away again and had it remade. It came out perfect. I’m not sure why he said it could not be made correctly or why I had to ask multiple times for it to be remade for it to come out correctly. It was a standard pink drink but I was basically being given a cup of coconut milk. The drink was white. The boy had an attitude when I asked for my $6 drink to be remade. This is the Starbucks I visit daily and have never had an issue like this before.

Now I know why everyone hates this place I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and they just give me a caffe latte with pumpkin spice written on the cup but caffe latte on the receipt, keep an eye on your phone app everyone Starbucks is writing one thing on the cup but charging you for another one so it’s a coin toss witch one you’ll get. Worst coffee shop out there

I didn’t get any food today but i did get two drinks. I usually will go to this Starbucks if I’m in the mood for Starbucks over dunkin. Yes I drink both. I wanted two drinks today, the first one I knew what I wanted but I wasn’t sure on the second one. So I asked the barista at the counter who rung me up if I could have a coffee base drink of her favorite drink and it’s so good! Though I’m still drinking it from 7:17 this morning it’s very good!

I hate leaving negative reviews especially about one of my favorite starbucks, but this past week has been the worst.. i do mobile order before work so it’s quicker, 3 times this week i asked for oatmilk and it’s been a different kind of milk, my label says oatmilk..
i can’t drink regular milk and i’ve had to throw 3 coffees away. my coffee is about 6.95 .. it’s a waste of my money & time.
i guess it is my fault for not checking before i leave but im in such a rush i don’t have time to even wait for them to make me a new one. i won’t be ordering from this establishment anymore. it’s unfortunate.

Starbucks please build another one nearby, this one used to be great but now they’re too busy to get your drinks right or care. The app’s approx wait time is a joke. I order the same $9 coffee 5 days a week, it’s made correctly 2/5 times; today I was given a grande even tho I ordered a venti, when I asked if I could have the rest of my coffee the barista just shrugged said that’s it and walked away. I’ll be driving 10mins out of my way to go to Bensalem.

As a utility contractor who’s seen my fair share of Starbucks at 6 AM, and they’re usually pretty quiet. But this place? It was absolutely packed! Despite the insane morning rush, my mobile order was ready for pickup in a flash. I honestly thought it would be a chaotic mess, but the team here is incredibly well-managed and super organized. Seriously impressed!
