Something always wrong here! This time I Ordered 3 frosties apart of the 3 combos and ended up with one big frosty. Not helpful at all when it was one for each 3 separate people! I usually don’t complain but it’s every single time with this restaurant, either a food item is wrong or I’m missing items every single time

The Wendy’s in Elkins is seriously disappointing. The service is slow and the staff often seems uninterested or rude. Orders frequently come out wrong or cold, and it feels like they don’t care about quality. The restaurant itself isn’t very clean, which makes the whole experience unpleasant. I came in with my family for an evening dinner only for it to just be extremely dirty.

What an amazing experience. Hard to describe some of the sights. The dream pools aline can keep you looking for a long time. The reflection is crystal clear. The organ and tje sound it makes almost brought me to tears, made me think of my Mom. Great experience.

Workers are in such a rush they cut you off before you can finish your order at the intercom. It wasn’t even busy when we arrived. They came off as rude at both windows. They also gave me a Diet Coke instead of a regular coke and it was over an inch away from being fully filled. Frustrating experience.

This place is really bad these days. I ordered food around 9:30pm and they made me park over in mobile spot. It took them till 10:15pm to bring out my food. This place has got worse this year. My food was cold. Will not be back there till they get better employees that knows how to cook hot food and not give the drive threw people cold food. Your food should never be cold.

I have been in fast food a long time and I know it’s a stressful job, but they always have a hard time keeping help. I have had good days and bad! But honestly it is still one of my top picks. I would rather visit during breakfast or lunch when the GM is there because my food is always right. Today I just stopped in for a quick sandwich and I have never been as surprised as I was today! I always ask for extra extra pickles because for one I’m a pickle lover period and for two I’m pregnant so my love for pickles is amplified by 100 lol today they put a whole small chilli cup of pickles in my bag and I was so over joyed about it I had to call the store and thank them! Keep up the good work guys!! I know stuff gets hard when other slack and don’t do their part but y’all got this!! Team work makes dream work!

2nd time we’ve come to this location at 950/955pm according to Google this location closes at 11pm. The first visit a worker held the door open and let us in we waiting at the register to order where they told us they were closed other than the drive thru and since we dont have a car that wasn’t an option so we asked why we were left in they said thwy thought we were door dashers. The 2nd time we came 5/10 minutes before 10pm and the doors were already locked and the person sweeping inside said that the store was fully closed not even the drive thru because this time we were just gonna walk around the drive thru.

The guy at the register, who took our order, was rude. He even said he wanted to go home to everyone. Cashier even picked his nose while waiting on another customer. Order placed and it took almost 15 minutes to receive. People were walking out to go other places to eat. Wrong food received. Finally get correct food – fries were ice cold, and sweet tea was unsweetened. Had to ask for the sauces which were forgotten and they were thrown into the bag. Never again! (Employees do NOT wear name badges)

Soda machine was out of most the soda and had no ice. Order a grilled chicken sandwich and got a spicy crispy. My burger was pink. The trash was overfilled.
