1st time customer and the burger was legit!!! The customer service was great by the young man behind the counter. Not your cheapest burger around, but I do believe they are worth the price!

This was the very worst experience at this Taco Bell. I ordered a #1 which is three crunchy taco supreme’s and drink. Then I ordered a burrito supreme. I have not eaten all day and keep in mind I had to ask for sauce. The dude gives me three packets for three tacos and a burrito supreme . AND no napkins. I’m thinking Taco Bell must be cutting back for crying out loud all the while charging insane prices. That order was 15.00 dollars. I became very pissed off when I opened to eat my tacos. They were not supreme’s or tacos really, they had almost nothing in them. I was pissed. But can you call someone there…… no. Hell he didn’t even give me a receipt so even if I got back in my car and drove all the way back I can’t even prove I bought anything. It’s disgusting how this is so common these days. See photos….those are suppose to be taco supreme’s with lettuce tomato and sour cream. Worst place ever!!! Whoever owns or runs this place should be ashamed. You suck as an owner/manager or whatever you call yourself. Everyone please do yourself a favor and save yourself from disappointment and aggravation and DO NOT go here.

Horrible. Only one woman that works there is genuinely nice. I pray she finds a better place to work. The wait alone is terrible. And you would think oh I’m waiting 30 min for a FAST food place it must be good right? No. It’s been cold, I didn’t get everything I ordered, etc. and they act like you’re demanding when it’s what you payed for. I’ve given it a few chances and EVERYTIME I’ve been there, it’s been the same. Absolutely not. Taco Bell you better change something.

I hate to sound whiney, but this Taco Bell needs a manager. At 7pm, all the tables were dirty, many with trash from previous use un-bussed. Two of the three trash recepticles had trash coming out the top. Initially, there was no one at the counter so we used one of the three kiosks to order. There was no ice in the fountain machine up front, diet Dr. Pepper came out just as syrup, and diet Pepsi was a poor mix. The drive through attendant took good care of us with drinks from the back, and he also corrected our incomplete order. He was cheerful and courteous despite receiving a tongue-lashing from an angry drive-through customer that came in to complain. He’s the real reason my review wasn’t one-star across the board. It had to have been a tough night, but this is what happens without proper restaurant management. There’s too many Mexican food options around to tolerate coming here again.

If I was able to write a review every time I order from THIS Taco Bell, id probably write a bad review 19/20 times. In my house we are under the belief that the managers at this place must either be the incompetent and incapable of training half decent staff, or the staff itself are immature teenagers that intentionally get orders wrong every single time. Every. Time. We expect our order to be wrong in some manner any time we order. Missing items. We requested mild sauce? We only get Diablo. They asked what sauce we want 3x before handing us the food? “Ohh you want mild? Here let’s give you everything except for mild” I just don’t get it. I could give you a new example for exactly how our order gets wrong any given time we go. They always find some way to get it wrong.

Is getting every order wrong a requirement for the job?

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant.
I walked in and the first thing I see is water overflowing from the bathroom right by the front door. I went to check the restroom, and it was completely flooded, the urinal divider was nearly ripped off the wall.

I put in my order and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. In that time, I watched another customer ask an employee for help. The employee put one finger up like “gimme a sec”… then just never helped him. The customer was clearly frustrated.

Then it got even weirder. Friends of that same employee walked in, and the employee told them to go into the bathroom with him. A minute later, I heard loud coughing coming from the flooded bathroom. No clue what they were doing in there, but it definitely wasn’t cleaning, because the bathroom stayed flooded the whole time, even after the employee walked right through it to go “hang out” with his buddies.

When I finally got my food, I asked why it took so long. They told me an employee had taken my order off by mistake. Nobody apologized at first, and honestly the whole team seemed like they didn’t care at all.

My food was very cold as if it just sat there the entire time I was waiting.

I’m never coming back to this location and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else go there either.

By far the worst Taco Bell location. They get the orders wrong the majority of the time. The soda machine doesn’t work properly (no ice, not enough syrup), and wait times are often terrible. I waited 45 minutes for $44 in food during my most recent (and last) visit to this location.

this is like the third issue i’ve had with this taco bell. i live down the road from them so they’re the easiest to get to. but not only has the food given me food poisoning on 2 occasions, i have no found HAIR. in my food. HAIR. i usually save my food for the next day, and so when i EXCITEDLY took out my wrap and taken a bite, i pulled out a long piece of hair. and when i got to digging, i found 2 other long pieces of hair. even a short strand. that is actually disgusting and revolting actually. wear caps in the kitchen.

Taco Bell’s food quality and especially it’s service has really gone downhill. It really doesn’t matter the store, but some are worse than others. With Taco Bell going to an all kiosk ordering theme, the advertised products seen on TV are never available when they say they are, or are the offer isn’t available at the locations. And the food is now often cold or stale. Definitely not enjoyable anymore. There doesn’t seem to be any management that’s willing to provide customer service there anymore, at any location.
