I drove 30 minutes and spent $20 for 3 items that ALL had mistakes. My drink (I ordered a large, not sure if the cup I got was even accurate) was mostly ice and not fully filled. (Side note: they’re so greedy they keep their soda machine on the other side of the counter). My burger was SAD with THREE (3) onions and hardly a dollop of sauce. I asked for extra sauce on the side and didn’t receive that. I also didn’t receive a spoon to use for my custard that came as fully chocolate when I ordered half chocolate half vanilla. I love shake shack but I’m never coming back to this location again. My experiences have been mediocre at best every time.

This Shake Shack branch exceeded our expectations! We tried the Cheeseburger and ShakeBurger, both of which were incredibly juicy and flavorful. The perfectly seasoned patties, fresh ingredients, and soft buns made every bite a delight. But the real star of the meal was the cheese fries crispy, golden fries generously smothered in rich, creamy cheese sauce. If you’re a fan of indulgent comfort food, this place is an absolute must visit!

I always enjoy the cheese fries and the strawberry shake was probably my favorite part of the meal. The staff is nice and service is pretty quick. Fair amount of parking available and seats available on the inside. I think the shakes are pretty dialed in here and the best item!

i ordered two avacado bacon chicken and one chicken shack with avacado. i did not get avocado and bacon in any of these orders. they charges extra for them but still did not give us correct order. i called many times it goes to voicemail and i’ve dropped voicemails but haven’t gotten any replies. this is absolutely not acceptable and had to pay so much for nothing. it’s better to be at least responsible and lift calls or return back to customers. absolutely not worthy to be at this place if you want to have a wrong order

My nine year old twins and I came in looking forward to a fun dinner. One of my children is autistic and he had a meltdown, so we had to leave even though we intended to dine in. We went to the counter to switch our order to go, one child losing it and the other doing his best not to also lose it at the sudden turn of events, and Raj, the manager, was so kind and helpful. He genuinely made me feel seen and safe in a situation I experience regularly but am often met with judgment.
Parenting a child with autism, which is an invisible disability, can be really hard, and I often navigate these public moments alone. Raj’s kindness, not just to me but to both of my boys, impacted me more than he could know. I’m so grateful for the way he handled the situation and the care he showed us.

If you have never been to a Shake Shack you need to go and understand this review is based on the fact that it is a chain and fast food. The cashier was amazing, super friendly and in a great mood. The food came out quick and fresh. The flavor was great and exactly what we have grown to expect. Black and White Shake for dessert togo was amazing with a great fudge flavor.

My experience at this was truly disappointing, the employees made the restaurant more about their delusional political views, then the their food, many employees at the store, wore shirts with pride flags on the back, making many customers including my self feel extremely uncomfortable and I found it extremely odd the the employees felt the need to express their sexuality on the back of their shirt at a restaurant of all places, on top of this a minuscule cheeseburger will set you back about $12 and take about 30 minutes to get to your table, and when they do arrive, they are very undercooked this is very ridiculous and this location should be avoided.

Shake Shack in Boulder on a weeknight at dinnertime was a crowd of customers and not an employee in sight! Everyone either orders online before they get there or they have to wait for one of two computers to free up. The app was okay and gave good choices to guide the order process. The food was delicious but I found the lack of employees a poor business choice. My order was accurate but it took 12 minutes to get it after waiting in line and then it was so expensive and there was literally no human interaction. Kind of like buying a burger from a vending machine. Not my vibe!

I don’t even know where to start. Wow… just wow… I don’t want to sound like a big back but I dream about eating here. The food is always so fresh and the service is fantastic. The workers are always ready to help and make sure you’re getting your food with a smile. I love you shake shack! You’ve changed my life!
