Came in at 8pm to dine-in and I was surprised at how clean it was inside! The cashier Esenya was super nice and didn’t rush us while taking our order or eating. Whoever was the cook that day 11/16/25 AMAZING. Our food was so good!

I wouldn’t normally bother reviewing a fast food place, but I have to shout out the drive-through cashier, Susan. I’m something of a regular here, and Susan is just exemplary every time she’s taking my order. Kind, quick, and very attentive. She must work very hard and put a ton of mental energy into a job for which most people would (understandably) do the bare minimum. The food is pretty good, it’s Arby’s and this location is consistent, but Susan is among the best service workers I’ve ever interacted with.

The assistant Manager. Angelica felt that she needed to let her feeling be know. that we were in the wrong by asking them to take our oder before making more Arby box. She said we were being entitled. and refused to give us our food. So we asked for a refund and again refused. Beware you might be profiled as entitled by the color of your SKIN

My dog and I have stopped by for dinner tonight ( 12/23/25 ) at 6:38 pm and the gentleman working at the drive through at the time listed above has exceeded my expectations with my experience of Arby’s. I really greatly feel welcomed and appreciative of the respect that the gentleman working the drive through had tonight. I didn’t catch his name but give that guy a raise!!

I mean come on it’s Arby’s everyone knows and loves Arby’s so no matter where you see an Arby’s you know the food is excellent however sometimes the customer service or just the line is chaos but today it wasn’t and that made it even better.

I come to Arby’s often, and today was a quick trip through the drive thru. The food at all locations has always been consistent for me, which part of why I love em. However today I have special shout out to Marcus who was working the window and took my order. He helped me save some money on how I placed my order which I thought was awesome. Thank you!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Arby’s that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the service was far from professional. A teenager working at the counter seemed completely disengaged and more interested in chatting on her headset than taking my order. This lack of attention not only wasted my time but also made me feel unvalued as a customer.
To make matters worse, the food I received was old and cold, which was unacceptable given what I paid. I expected a fresh meal, but instead, I felt like I was served leftovers. It’s frustrating to think that I spent too much on a subpar meal.
I believe Arby’s should seriously consider hiring employees who are not only capable but also genuinely interested in providing good service. It’s essential for a fast-food restaurant to prioritize customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of that standard. I hope they can improve in the future.

I am very disappointed in the visit I just had at this store Arby’s is a good place but not this one sat at the drive thru for 25+ mins with only two cars and I received both my meals completely wrong just saying save ur time and drive ten mins down the road complete waste of time and money

Husband said it’s the best Arby’s he has been to! My burger was not good at all and my fries didn’t seem cooked completely but his order was apparently really good!
