Took over an hour to prepare an online order, and it arrived cold and burnt. The driver came directly to me from the restaurant so I know this was not an Uber issue. If they can’t manage to prepare food properly they should turn off online ordering. If they had dated put burnt cold food in front of me in the restaurant it would have been sent back!

Queen had a taste for a buffalo chicken sandwich, and ya’ know she gets what she wants. Decided to try it out, our first time. Wing restaurant, no more no less. Think smaller buffalo wild wings, or smaller sports bar. My Philly was a great portion, just had a touch to much salt sprinkled on top. The toasted bread was a winner, but the chips were kinda cold and limp. Arnold Palmer was 6 outta 10, not bad, just average. Queen smashed the chicken sandwich, it’s what she came for. Probably go back if she needs a fix close by.

We have been coming to here for years. After games, family nights, just to get a cold beverage and dessert on a hot day. Darius is one of the best servers, great customer service. We try to sit in his area every time we go there, if he’s not there Edwin is runner up. The restaurant is under new management. Making changes in the wrong areas in my opinion. The kitchen is slow, it has been. Depending on who is cooking, the food is hit or miss. Portions are never the same. That has been happening for a few years. There hours are not extended long enough to enjoy the bar area. We went for dinner on 3/6/26. While there, the manager assigned tables to another waitress, taking them away from Darius. I’m just saying, there are a lot of new faces that are young, white females being favored. It’s sad. Darius, if you read this review. Find a restaurant manager that appreciates your dedication and great customer service!

Ate there Monday. Wings were horrible service was great. Emphasis was on the hotness and sauces. The wing was small,hard, and dry. Ate 2 took the remaining home and gave to the neighborhood cats. If you want a good wing go next door and get them from the Chinese restaurant. Much better and less expensive.

I hate to have to make a bad review here because ive been eating east coast since i was just a kid. But the quality has gone way down and the price just goes up. This store in particular has a problem with their heat index. One time i got a thing of insanity wings that were really only about extra hot and just last night i got a thing of extra hot that were mild and didnt have any sauce. And when i called back hoping they would make it right (because i spent almost 100$ there) they said “if i came back they would hive me a cup of sauce” so i have to go all the way home, start super with my family, food is likewarm anyway, only to leave again and drive all the way back for just a cup of sauce?! Like they wouldnt just give me some fresh wings after all of the headache. Well im hoing to 66 from now on. Way better food anyway and the price is right (compared to east coast) just way better all around.

This review is for the Kernersville location only. The WS location is fantastic. The Kernersville location cooks wings and many other things too long. Wings should never have a leather texture. The taste is great but cooking to 165 rather than 230 would help. The ability to get a Door Dash order correct is not strong either. I stopped ordering because I found myself throwing expensive wings away because I was tired of chewing.
