When I arrived here, I used the outside lane in the drive-through and three cars on the inside lane in front of me and then I had to circle around only to be told after I order my food to park and wait while my food is being made. Five cars in a row was sent to the drive-through Reserve parking. Why have I been waiting for 30 minutes? I’m still no food. This place is supposed to be fast food.

The previous remodel eliminated the outdoor playground. The recent remodel eliminated seating and the self service beverage machine. Long wait for refills.
The hoodlums from Ballard are very loud and disruptive. The make a big mess as well. Avoid this location after school.

The order was rung up correctly but made incorrect. Took it back to window and it was incorrect once again. Then the 3rd time one order was missing an item. All food was lukewarm but was asked to be fresh. Manager was a little rude. I will never go back to that location
