Great local eatery with real culinary skill and presentation. The food was well balanced with no overbearing notes. Each ingredient spoke well with each other. Good service. While little in the way of atmosphere, the ability to have a conversation with my dinner partner made that a non factor. Rare culinary treat in corpus.

We had been hearing raves about this restaurant from everyone we know! We went last night! and had three appetizers, quail, legs, crab fingers, and crab crostini. We loved the quail legs and crostini made with lump crab and brown butter. In fact, I liked it so much I had another order for my entrée. Decadent! This is my new favorite place! It’s on Alameda where the old Roughian used to be. They are also open for lunch! And they’re open on Monday night, which is extremely rare!

Wow, this is the best dining experience I’ve had in Corpus in a long time! My family is in town from Austin visiting my parents and they were excited to take to Roasted Clove. Our server was enthusiastic and said this is the best food at a restaurant she’s worked at and she’s from Chicago so she’s picky. I started with the house salad with the lemon dressing and it was light and the perfect start to the meal. Then I had the chicken parmigiana which was to die for. I also tried my dad’s Americano pizza and it was amazing. I’m a total pizza snob too! My husband had the steak and crab cake, my mom had the snapper and my son had the lasagna and we’ve been raving about the meal all night. I will recommend to everyone I know in CC as you will not be disappointed!!

Delicious food, excellent service and a nice comfortable atmosphere. What more could you ask for? The lasagna is absolutely delicious especially with a nice mellow cabernet and some marinated crab claws for an appetizer. The tiramisu really capped off the meal.

Roasted Clove catered my husband’s 40th birthday party and the food was phenomenal!! Crab cakes made on site, pizza baked on site in their pizza oven, mushroom tartlets, caprese salad, orzo salad- everything was delicious. Our guests couldn’t get enough!! His staff was also so professional and courteous. I was impressed. Call them for catering- you won’t be disappointed.

Wow! I’ve ordered your pizza and lasagna a number of times the past year or so. Both are amazing! I moved here years ago from NJ and NY the last few yrs. I have missed good pizza so much and yours is excellent! I’m so glad that last night I decided to ask if you had any specials. The mango mahi mahi was absolutely incredible! I’d say it was the best meal I’ve had in years! I raved to my family about it and told them we had to order from you when they came to visit! I think I could eat a loaf of that bread at once too! Keep up the good work!
