My husband and I went through the drive through. Ordered 3 meals: 2 burgers, one chicken strips. One burger was no pickle/ mustard, the other light mustard and no other changes. The chicken had gravy as the dip. We get home to find that both burgers were plain, and the gravy cup barley had anything in it. You could literally see the bottom of the cup. We thought it was empty it was so light! This is ridiculous! I understand you may have been busy but that’s not an excuse to be lazy. Seriously!

DQ and I go way back, probably longer than many of you reading this have even been alive.
This location does a really good job overall, although I will say they seem to have gotten a little stingy with the sundae toppings and Blizzard additives.
One thing that makes me sad is, like so many places, they have gone for Corporate Bland™️ decor. Used to be, there was all kinds of fun stuff in the walls. If nothing else, at least let me know you want me to be in a DQ and not just some Burger In The Box place.
Staff is always friendly when I come in, so that is nice, and overall they get my food to me quickly.
All in all, still a great place to hang with a hot fudge sundae

Nothing. When I pulled in there were 4 cars in the drive thru and no one in the lobby besides me. I know how hard it is to hire people these days, competent people that is, but customer service should be a standard…

I haven’t been back to this DQ in months. Usually go to the other one because they actually know how to make a royal Blizzard… anyway before I pulled away from the drive through, I dug through my blizzard hoping they had figured it out… needless to say, they haven’t! I asked the individual who made it, if they got the order correct? The response I got was,” OH! I ROYALED IT!” They didn’t check, they didn’t even try to make an effort at customer service! Me, my wife, and 8 kids will continue to go to the DQ on pines I guess.

The $7 meal deal with the $2 blizzy upgrade is where it’s at. I’m a 3 tendies and warm country gravy kind of guy. Wait staff is always very friendly and attentive. Dining area is clean.

I will never go to this dairy queen or any every again. My food was so bad I fed my hamburger to my dog who barely ate it. The manager was so rude and I paid 28 dollars for food I won’t eat but will feed to my dog. The fries were like so old that I’m surprised anyone would eat them.. So disgusting
