I am SHOCKED this place is still in business. I have tried this location, atleast, once a year since 2018 and their stinginess when comes to putting meat or rice (truly anything) inside their tacos is the same. The tortilla is alays the largest part of the meal, nothing else.

I found the staff, specifically the Gal at the window, to be surly, rude and indifferent. Even for the calibre of people who work in fastfood, this was a new low. My advice for the person working the window, if you do not like your job get another one. If you dont like working fast food, then upskilled yourself and get a job you do like. In any event, your poor attitude should NEVER be demonstrated to the public. (And I have never given a review about a restaurant before.) Until the management can sort out its staffing issues, I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I ordered a soft taco supreme combo for dinner after being out all day with the kids. Got home and opened two tacos with hardly any meat, and another with with almost only meat (all missing the sour cream). I’m not one to typically complain but this wasn’t the first time it’s happened. I called and the worker was very polite and told me to come back the next day. I didn’t make it back until two days later and was treated very rudely. It was like pulling teeth just to get my three tacos replaced. I’ve worked fast food and never would have allowed that kind of treatment.

went here last night and the service was horrible. rude staff and terrible food. asked for 6 regular soft shell tacos with sour cream. all of them had only meat and sour cream (as pictured). no lettuce or cheese. the rest of the food was microwaved and soggy. when we received our food she handed the bag through the window with no words or eye contact. didn’t even let us know if we had the whole order. was going to go in today to complain but I think the food has made me sick. not worth $30 at all…

I have to say, this is the first and probably only time I will ever review a Taco Bell. Walked in and the young man was scrubbing the dining area down. I’ve never seen a Taco Bell this clean. He greeted us and cheerfully took our order.

The staff seemed like they weren’t interested in being there. They didn’t bother offering anything or even the smallest thing, like asking if you want hard or soft tacos. We are unfamiliar with everything there because we never go there and the staff was not caring, thinking that everyone knows the menu. I do not recommend this location to anyone. The food wasn’t even labeled so my family had to guess who got what.im disappointed in taco bell.

Service was terrible, every time I go there they are impolite non caring and monotone. The food is even worse. Everything I ordered had less than half the amount that should have been inside them. Our hard tacos were soggy and flat like te cashier had say on them throughout the shift. Even our burritos and chicken quesadillas were more wrap than anything else. Top it off they are always out of pretty much everything when I go there no matter what day or time. The only thing I didn’t get skimped out on was the ice for my drink. I was very disappointed at the least.
