Really cute charming space close to everything. Walked here from rittenhouse in a few minutes to catch a negroni on top and some amazing wine. Simple clean selection of incredible spirits especially this super rare Norden Aquavit seasonal! We shared a charcuterie board and something else I can remember but everything was excellent perfect place to start or end the night for us. I think there was an upstairs with more seating and even some two tops outside. Caught a really great sunset while we finished some wine and snacks before venturing out. I think the negroni was on tap and it was delicious.

My not-girlfriend got back from Spain recently, and all she has been able to talk about is the Spanish summer drink “Tinto de Verano,” which is essentially just a mix of red wine and soda. I’m an uncultured swine and didn’t know it existed until last week.
She had been anxiously awaiting to go to Superfolie all day, as they are a European wine bar that served the red gold, but didn’t open until 3pm.
We walked in right at open to a beautiful interior flooded with natural light. I don’t know if the bartender was annoyed at our early arrival or what but he was NOT messing with us at all. He was ice cold, but I’m an empath and maybe he was having a bad day. I been there.
We ordered a round of Tintos ($13), a snack plate, and the Tuna Crudo. I took my first sip of a Tinto, and was not sold at all. The combination of red wine and grapefruit soda just wasn’t doing it for me. It felt like 2 things that just weren’t meant to be together.
However, the strangest thing happened. In the blink of an eye, my drink was finished and I found my entire being CRAVING another TDV.
We ended up having 4 each, and I am now a believer. It reminded me of my first Aperol Spritz. My initial reaction was “Yuck…” but next thing I knew I had demolished it and just wanted another one.
I need to shout out my boy Federico Vargas, a Spanish innkeeper who invented the drink in the 1920s to keep the locals refreshed in a hot Spanish summer. Talent hits a target no one else can hit, genius hit’s a target no one else can see.
Thank you Superfolie, for making me a TDV believer!!

Superfolie was an awesome high energy, yet intimate wine bar experience on a warm Friday evening. The space inside is small and we waited a few minutes for a table to open up, which flew by thanks to the solid service. The menu had much more food variety than I expected (the steak tartare was delicious), and the wine variety was great. The actual wine pours we tried were similarly tasty. Will come back!

It was a night filled with great wine, cocktails, and small plates. That spicy merguez sausage you’re looking at is perhaps the best sausage I’ve had in Philly in years — we ordered it for times. It was THAT damn good!

Very cute vibe wine bar with good selection of music and wine.
Bottled wine can be a bit expensive, but you have another menu with wine by glass.

Cute place to grab a cocktail. The staff was super nice and gave some corn nuts along with the round of drinks. My only complaint is the amount of flies you could see over the restaurant when sitting in the upper mezzanine. The door was open because it was a nice day but a fan or something would go a long way to keep some bugs out.

Small hole in the wall spot close to the Kimmel Center. Excellent service, delightful food, and some extraordinary cocktails. I am a blueberry fanatic and the Blue Jean Baby was super special. Tried the Gem Caesar and Steak Tartare – both fantastic. I will be back.

The romance of it all! The candlelight! The seasonal cocktails! The frosted coupes! And tapas style dishes that will make you want to try everything on the menu! The best damn crudo in town. I will die on this French hill. Go here when you want a well curated and tasteful escape or to have an intimate convo with a dear friend.

Nice atmosphere. Kind staff. Small, but well crafted wine, cocktail & beer options. Delicious food options – cheese plates and small plates – more substantial than bar snacks.

Service was pretty good. We went for happy hour and I tried their red and white $9 house wines which were pretty good, however the crispy polenta was quite bland. We sat inside up the stairs and the ambiance wasn’t bad but wasn’t anything special. The pimm’s lemonade was fantastic though!
