We picked up our pizza so could not really respond on atmosphere. This is tasty and affordable pizza. Our pizza was cooked perfectly, there was a good amount of toppings on it and all the people we dealt with over the phone and inperson were all very friendly and caring. The mistake we made was calling the wrong location. When we went to pick up our pizza the location we went to was compassionate and even apologized for that happening. It was our fault but its really nice when people care. So, be careful to call your pizza at the specific location and not directly from the website. I would recommend River City Pizza for the taste and affordability! We truly need places like this these days. Sorry no picture either, we ate on the go. Oh and they use fresh mushrooms, not canned.

Don’t sleep on River City! I was sad by the loss of the previous pizza business in this location, especially because I have Celiac and need folks to understand what gluten is and what cross contamination means. I was wary, but I got a medium gluten free pizza and not only was it delicious, bigger than most gf pizzas, but I didn’t get sick at all. I almost called the store to ask them if they were sure they gave me gluten free crust, because it was so soft and chewy compared to what I’m used to. We’ll definitely be back!

The customer waiting area and kitchen were both very clean, and our order was ready by the promised time. The first time, the website was easy for placing the order. The second time, my husband had a lot of trouble getting it to even load and work properly. All the food tasted good. We especially liked the pizza crust, and the portion sizes of the side and dessert were huge. Unfortunately, we’re just a little too far outside River City’s delivery range to have it delivered to our house, and both times our pizza was not sliced properly, so we had to cut it ourselves at home.

I ordered online through their website for delivery to my hotel. It gave me an estimate of an hour for delivery, but they only took 25 mins. They are very generous with the toppings. I got the Combo, but I substituted the Canadian Bacon for meatballs, which came sliced on the pizza. I also ordered a side salad. The food was really good. I’ll order again next time I’m in town.

Good pizza. I’ll probably get some again. Better taste than the bigger corporate chains for sure. Lil pricey but I’d say worth it for the extra quality. I’d recommend. We bought 3 pizzas, a dessert cinnamon twist and a 2L of root beer. After tax and tip, about $85.

This is the third time I have done business with these guys. They are in the old Nortwest Pizza building which was phenomenal by the way. The food is good but Saturday night I called in an order and I don’t know what was with the guy that answered the phone but he was super irritable towards me on the phone to the point I told him “Bro take it down a notch” at which point he apologized, He apologized a second time before we hung up. I wouldn’t think you would apologize unless you knew you did something wrong. Not just once, but twice. To top it off the delivery guy wasn’t super friendly to my wife. Yes they do make good pizza but it’s sure not worth the shitty attitudes displayed by the employees. Too bad because they just opened in our neighborhood.

Northwest pizza was replaced by this?? Are you serious? Northwest pizza was the best. We tried River City Pizza and the the so-called thick crust was flat and hard. It tasted like it was frozen then cooked. Wild Mike’s boxed pizza was better than this place. Basic pepperoni but a great amount of cheese. The calzone was very dry. The picture shows that it has a brush of oil with parm cheese on it and nothing like what it shows. The cheese bread little flavor. How are ppl rating this so high? Im at a loss.

First order at the new location on 16th Ave. New crew, some learning still happening, but very friendly and helpful. Pizza was delicious! Ordered plain pepperoni and bbq chicken, definitely don’t need extra cheese, they take care of it generously already. And the bbq was an amazing pizza! Will definitely be ordering from here again in the future!
