I had a bizarre and extremely unprofessional experience at this location last night around 10:20 PM. I was in the drive-thru and initially parked slightly away from the window. The employee told me to pull closer, which I did immediately. Despite parking exactly where he asked, he then refused to give me my order and began insulting me.

It is completely unacceptable to deny a customer their paid food and insults over a parking adjustment. If you can’t handle basic customer interactions, you shouldn’t be working the night shift. Avoid this place if you don’t want a side of attitude with your order.

This happened 2nd time. Seems Taco Bell Sloan Ave Branch wants to save their cost of Nacho seasoning or may be they always run out of it. 70% of my Nacho fries didn’t had nacho seasoning. If i want to order regular fries, I would rather order from somewhere else. Don’t advertise wrongly if you don’t wish to deliver what we are paying for.

I don’t know if it’s just me or the store .

I didn’t want to do this review bc I see the owner there damn near everyday , but this has happened three different times now . “I ordered cantina taco mostly every day here and every time I get it, there are fewer toppings. I’m paying a premium for more flour than meat, that’s disappointing. I believe you can do better. Damn near $30 on deliver fee just to get two tacos with just two drops shredded chicken ‍♀️and tacos where stale cold . I’m still hungry

It’s a Taco Bell, so the food quality isn’t anything to speak home about. But honestly the only good Taco Bell in the area

This is my local Taco Bell for the past year. My wife does a lot of deliveries from here for door dash. They are usually on point and I’ve never had to go back cause something was wrong or something was missing. Until today, they missed the spicy ranch on my wife gordita crunch and the apple caramel empanada, they asked me to see the order and show prof. Once I did the worker proceeded to say “make sure you remember his face so he doesn’t come here with stories again” all in Spanish. One I showed the proof that y’all asked for with my recipe in hand so what story am I coming with? Second of all the manager just lets the workers talk all disrespectfully to the customer in a different language. Lucky for me I’m bilingual and understood what was said. Definitely do not recommend this Taco Bell store at all.

Food was diguesting and potatos were not fresh , this is how my spicy potatos looked like inside the taco, this is how also the queso looks like , it is orange , it suppose to be white, just diguesting, and to top it off they forgot to put my chips and queso in the bag.

Ordered supreme chicken tacos on two separate occasions & was given regular chicken tacos. Called to complain & was told on my next visit it would be corrected. I visit today 7/28/25 different manager by name of Kelsey, very rude & aggressive he lied and told me he gave me chicken supreme I pull over check order and it’s not correct. I go back through drive thru & tell him. He says you didn’t pay for supreme so I cannot give you supreme. I asked why would I complain my order was not correct when I know what I ordered, he said it’s not on your original receipt. I mentioned I don’t work for Taco Bell so I didn’t print the receipt, but I know what was ordered. The crazy part it’s the same combo #2 for regular or supreme. I won’t be back there again. Waste of time, energy & gas to be treated like I don’t know what I eat. Oh yeah corporate office was also notified today. More complaints to follow because Kelsey needs to be re-trained not management material at all

I’ve been a regular at this Taco Bell for over 10 years, and the quality is always great. The staff know how to serve up a great breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, FourthMeal, or whatever else you want. Nice renovation in recent years and plenty of parking and indoor seats available.

I’m only give it a three because the young man that too my order was very kind and nice. My order was horrible (picture include, but doesn’t do it any justice). For four bucks you’d expect the order to be way better then this…. SMDH…. I always check before leaving, and never use the drive thru. But today I did everything I done usually don’t do, sham on me. Now I’m at work made and totally upset…. I know it’s only for bucks and a car ride over, but so what my money is valuable no matter what!!! And it was I’ve cold. My jobs only a mile and a half drive over…. Sad

I used to love coming here, and I still hold out some hope that it’ll improve. However, I was beyond disappointed when going through the drive thru. I ordered a number six, no tomatoes. I have zero idea what was going through the head of whoever took my order – it SEEMED like it would be correct. it wasn’t like I was asked what filling I wanted, so you’d think that would be because the correct number of combo was hit. NOPE. Somehow a “number six” was punched in as a number 8. Managed to get the ‘no tomato’ thing right, at least. But how do two chicken chalupas and a taco get changed to three tacos? I paid for something that costs almost $14 and got a meal that costs under $9? I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home, or I absolutely would have gotten the order replaced then and there.
