This place used to have great music and art. This Dominos was always a vibe and the food was always well made and timely before. It seems like whoever is working there now just doesn’t care about their job or customer satisfaction like they did before. I don’t know what happened or how the employees are treated there but I hope it gets better so I can feel comfortable eating here again someday.

I placed an order online at 6:27 pm. The app showed it in prep for 35 minutes so I thought the app had just froze up. restarted the app and samething. So I called to see what was going on and I was told they are slammed and that my food hasn’t been made yet. I told them to make the pizza and I would drive down and pick it up. I waited about 15 minutes and then drove down to get it. We’ll I walked in and asked for my pizza and the lady said it wasnt made yet but she would put it in now. So I waited and watched a lot of Pizzas leave so at 8:05 I went up to the counter to see what was going on and the lady tells me that my Pizza was out for delivery. I lost my cool and when I get home my pizza is sitting on my front porch. This is my last thing I order from this store. Get you act together Domino’s get it together.

I went to this Dominos with my daughter and saw on the chalkboard some specials along with “There is no ethical consumption under capitalism, but you still need to eat anyway. Have a pizza.” I am going to try to find out who owns this franchise store and make them aware. If you hate capitalism, try living in a country that does not have it. They didn’t get our carryout order correct, so we took it back. It involved additional toppings we hadn’t ordered and a family member with a food allergy. The manager promised to fix it on our next visit, but then the store would not honor the manager’s commitment when we next went. On that second visit, they also got our order wrong again. What’s the point of being able to customize a pizza if it can’t be done as requested? Reached out to corporate after the 2nd time, they referred it to the franchisee, never heard from them. Domino’s stores are too easy to find to visit this one again.

I just had the most buttery and delicious pizzas, stuffed pepperoni bread, and lava cakes ever. I have never had a better Domino’s dinner in my life delivered so fast.
