I had an issue with my order which resulted in me not getting it. I had ordered through the website at that. Long story short the Manager Juan took very good care of me hands down it’s good to have people like him that understands the customers frustration. Definitely my go to restaurant

The fries are well done with extra seasoning, as I ordered. I got a 8 piece of lemon peppers. And my boyfriend got a 5 piece original with 3 piece Cajun, just like he likes it with Bleu cheese. It was just as we wanted for dinner.

DISGUSTED AND CONCERNED FOR FOOD SAFETY
I recently ordered from this Wingstop and was utterly appalled by the quality of their food and their blatant disregard for food safety. The wings were tiny and the meat was hardened as if it had been cooked multiple times. To my horror, I also received a mushy blackened chicken wing, which was not only disgusting but also raised serious concerns about the safety standards of this establishment. If I could give zero stars, I would. It’s evident that this location is due for a visit from the health department. I will never be ordering from here ever again.

Had my order delivered (waited 45 minutes to get it). Ordered Extra seasoned and extra well done fries. Did not receive either, instead was given cold soggy fries that were barely cooked. The wings are supposed to be mild sauce, yet all that I received was a container full of grease and bare wings. To top it all off, I didn’t even receive a straw with my delivery. If you’re thinking about ordering from this store, just don’t. You will only be even more disappointed, have wasted your money, and leave with a side of nausea.

A lot of young people working at this location. Unprofessional mannerisms. We placed a big order and waited over an hour for this food. The wings were raw. Not pink…raw inside. ( I am adding pictures ) They were closed so we had to address this the next day where the manager offered a $30 dollar credit (Half of the order) and we went to pick up the wings but they didn’t come with any ranch. I asked for the ranch that comes with the wings he said, I’m only replacing the wings.”
