2 Large Chili orders. 5 packets of hot sauce. My wife offered to pay for more packets and the manager told her “we’re only obligated to give out a certain amount.” Whatever that was supposed to mean. So if she ordered just one chili, would she have got 2 1/2 packets off sauce?! Never again. We are Swansea home owners and will never give Wendy’s our money again. Wendy’s sauce is the best part of their chili.

Went up to the store to order some food inside the restaurant. The door was locked so I immediately called the store to see what the issue was. The MOD said she let somebody go on break so it was only her and one other person working in the restaurant. Now that’s understandable… The problem lays in that there was 3 GIRL CUSTOMERS IN THE RESTAURANT getting their food! Get it together people and stop lying to your customers trying to order food!

This place has greatly improved. Food is hot, service is much more friendly, pretty quick as well. Breakfast has had biscuit sandwiches for $1 which is an insane deal. Last month any size soda was $1 for breakfast, so breakfast for $2.16 with tax. Crazy deal.. Inside is clean, wish remodel would of produced a slightly warmer dining area, but it is clean and newly remodeled.

As many have stated below. This location is very slow. I wish I had known. Pulled in here because no one was in the drive thru and it was a 25 minute wait for 2 meals. Fast food has to be better. Their jr bacon cheese burger is good.

Wish I could give less than one star. Stopped at Wendy’s this morning purely because the line at McDonalds was too long. Never had Wendy’s breakfast before so gave it a try, firstly couldn’t tell if the place was open or not, received the bacon cheese muffin and it was horrible, the muffin was not toasted on the inside and no butter…it was so dry and disgusting, the coffee was cold and lacked flavor. Service was slow. Better off waiting in the long line at McDonalds….you know the food is cooked properly and hot. Will never go back!!

I stop.thetr for lunch, I had asking the employee to put the orders in two different bags. I believe she was tbe manger but her customer service was bad. The other thing that I wasn’t happy about the fountain drink machine was just out of all the other brand of drinks. I like stop by this location but I think I will go to another one plus she gave me the wrong nuggets in on of the bags.
