I ordered Teriyaki Steak & substituted rice for noodles. My purchase receipt shows it comes with broccoli & carrots. I have no carrots in my meal. This was not a bowl where you get 1 vegetable. I called the store & no answer so hopefully they check the voicemail.

Haley the manager at this location was absolutely amazing and a treasure because of the intercom at the location she didn’t hear me order three hibachi orders only gave me two. Didn’t realize till I got home called immediately and she said don’t worry I’ll take care of it and comped it since I had to drive back. She definitely needs to be paid more because she truly is amazing

Food tastes great, noticed they have cut the portions and resized their to go boxes. You’re paying 15.00 for a 12.50 meal. They expect a tip at the window even with the overpriced plates with an extreme amount of carrots verses chicken. Was much better when there were only 1 and they wanted customers.

Past two times i ate here there was hair in my food both times. Once when they first opened and so i gave it another try and had the longest hair food in my rice. So nasty.

I normally go through the drive-thru at this location which is quick and efficient. I’m so glad this location exists because it’s closer to where I work and not so dangerous to get in and out of the facility. Food is good and the drive-thru attendee is nice.
