Very clean place and friendly staff. One person in particular, Payton, has take mine and my sons order a handful of times. I have about 5 changes to the order. She always remembers. Even after several months of not going there she remembered what I got better than I did. She’s a gift to the store. Thank you, Payton! From Scott and Cheryl!

I’ve been going to this TB since they first opened. Loved it.
Del taco has gone from hero to zero in one year.
From closing the dining room at 8pm (you won’t serve me unless I’m in a car at the drive up window), to limiting the number of sauce to two packets per taco!!!
You’ve completely abandoned the customer.
Never again.

Order the same thing for breakfast every time the beans seem to be left over from the day before (dry & luke warm) and the preparer doesn’t evenly distribute the ingredients in the burrito and they’re very stingy with the onion (always ask for extra) never get that many.

I order an burrito here for lunch. I think the money for a burrito here is probably better somewhere else. My food was warm one end and cold the other end. Order was fast, no complaints there. Dining area is OK, seem like they’re cleaning it during down time.

Usually have no complaints about Del Taco, but this time I had quite a few pieces of avocado skin in the guacamole in my asada fries. Pretty good sizes too. Didn’t eat them until I got home and I live about an hour away, so no going back and getting another one. Oh well. Service was great, food is always yum, just too much avocado skin!

When I want a hardshell taco this is my go to. If you havent had it before, The Del + chipotle sauce is epic. Not to mention the absurd amount of cheese they put on top that is just perfect. A fuller taco then you will ever see at tacobell thats for sure. Thanks everyone!!

You lost a regular customer last night. After ordering my food on the app, for pickup, we arrived to find the doors locked, and employees enjoying their break. When we were able to get their attention, they rudely gestured for to us to leave, and either didn’t listen, or didn’t hear us when we said we ordered for pickup. When I then proceeded to the drive thru, and asked why their staff just ignored us and then brushed us off- instead of apologizing, and explaining the situation- he said, “well our dining area is closed”… and when I asked why I was allowed to order for pick up, he replied, “we don’t control the app”. I asked for a refund, and was told at the window that I couldn’t get a refund, I would have to reach out to the corporate customer service for a refund. I then asked for a supervisor, when she got to the window, Kimberly didn’t let me fully explain what had occurred before interjecting and saying “our dining area is closed” – I asked why I was allowed to order online for pickup if that wasn’t the case? She was quick to respond with “we’re a franchise and can’t control the app”. Again, no apology. When did customer service become a place where apologies can’t be made when customers have a bad experience? Even if it’s impossible for you to make it right, can’t you say you’re sorry for the inconvenience? You’re sorry for the misunderstanding? Anything?
EDIT: Notice how an apology has still not been expressed by their staff, even after responding to my review?
