The food was made fresh! When I got home to enjoy my meal it was still hot and tasted just as good as if I were there! The customer service was so nice I went during night shift thinking they would be sluggish and mean for being up so late but no ! The cashier (Hilda) was so very nice. The line was very quick, got my food quick, all around great time highly recommend.

Ever had ice cold guacamole in a chicken cantina bowl? I have. It was weird because the chicken was steaming hot and the guacamole was partially frozen. Food was still good, judt weird with the drastic contrast between hot/cold.
Service was good, probably due to the VIP visitors. Regardless, it was nice, clean, and food was good.

Self checkout is ruining fast food. It’s seems like the only option here and I’m about 15 minutes in to waiting for 1 order. Never coming back and if t bell only has this I will pass in the future.

Day crew is clean and makes food better. Night crew no hair net for this guy. The pictures don’t show how dirty it really is. In person it was so bad I couldn’t believe food was being made here. Even the dining area! Full of dirt and meth heads. This is a nice neighborhood. At night this taco bell looks like a trap house!

I always go to This location with my family and they make my food with care and quality. I find this location to be the most sanitary of all the Taco Bells around. I also find the customer service to be great as well.

It’s nice they hire special needs people at this location but make sure you check your order. We did an order through the app and our receipt taped to the bag was the only thing correct. Missing all sauces and a few items and didn’t realize till we got home to eat. We called them and Dale wanted me to pack my family up and drive back to get missed items without compensation for their screw up. I wouldn’t come to this location and if you do throughly check your order.

It was a typical Taco Bell run, or so I thought. I was in the drive-thru lane, deciding on what I wanted to eat, maybe hoping for a quick stop without too much hassle. But then I encountered Laura. Honestly, her interaction completely changed how I looked at the whole experience. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, I could tell there was something different about her approach. She didn’t just say the usual “Hi, welcome to Taco Bell, what can I get for you today?” in a robotic way. No, there was actual warmth in her voice. I don’t know what it was maybe it was the slight enthusiasm, or just the way she genuinely sounded like she cared about what I was about to order but I immediately felt like I was dealing with someone who wasn’t just doing their job but was actually invested in making sure everything went well.
I started with the usual a chicken quesadilla and a Cheesy Gordita crunch, nothing too crazy but Laura didn’t rush me. She didn’t rush me at all, which honestly felt pretty rare for a drive-thru. I’ve been in situations where the person on the other side of the speaker is clearly ready to get the order over with as quickly as possible, moving through the steps without a second thought. But Laura wasn’t like that. She took her time to ask follow-up questions, ones that weren’t just for the sake of filling in the blanks but actually showed she was paying attention to what I was saying. For instance, when I asked for a cheesy Gordita crunch, she didn’t just say, “Okay, one Cheesy Gordita crunch , anything else?” No, she actually asked, “Would you like any extra cheese with that?” And the way she asked, it was like she genuinely wanted to know if I wanted the extra cheese, like it wasn’t just a checklist for her to go through.So I would say a 10/10 experience at this Taco Bell. I would also like to add how when I came in last week with my little brother, she was on the other side of the food area, making my meal alone and honestly everything was well portioned, well wrapped, and handled with care. When she called out my name for the order so asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything else. Super great employee and seriously cares about her job.

From entering to leaving the staff was very friendly and helpful. What is better is that this is the first time I have had good T-Bell in SD. I moved here in 2021 and finally had a hot, crispy, thiiick, well built Crunch Wrap Supreme with fresh tomatoes and lettuce. I don’t always eat fast food, so I have only been to about 5 TBells (since I moved here) This is the first location that has left me wanting Tbell again.
