Let me tell you this place is quiet. The waitress doesn’t go and check on you BUT that’s because they know their food is so good that you will not need anything else and they let you eat in peace!!! Hands down best Pho I ever had !!! 10/10 for sure

I have been coming here for years ordering the same two dishes pretty much every time. Friday I went in and ordered but the person at the register was new and I had my 8 year old with me so was a bit distracted. I attempted to order what I always order in the way I always order it and she didn’t know what I wanted. I don’t know if someone has just been trying to be nice to me all these years and I have been inadvertently ordering off menu or what happened, but after a 40 minute wait (she quoted me 25 minutes when I paid) with my kid losing her mind during the wait, my food finally came out and I just left without checking the bag.
When I got home my order was so different from what I usually get that I thought I had been given someone else’s food. I had been very hungry for about 3 hours at this point but I tried to keep my cool on the phone with the restaurant when I called them about the order. The person I talked to on the phone said he would leave me a $40 gift certificate for the next time I came in to make things right.
Well I came in today to pick up the food that I had wanted Friday and when I went to pay, a different employee and her manager said they would only cover one dish. I should have canceled my order right there, but I paid the last $30 they are going to get out of me. I went in there fully expecting them to make things right with me but now I just feel cheated. So I will not be coming back or recommending this place anymore.

Yum yum yum yum. What a delicious and delightful experience. Our food was quick and just perfect. Everyone at the table had a completely different meal and was also emphatic about the flavor.
The staff was nice and the other customers were plenty. It’s clear this is a local favorite with great prices and the place was clean.

As a stressed college student living in Eugene, I PRAY that this restaurant stays successful and continues to open for many years to come. Having a go-to place I can get comfort food from is so convenient and nice. Especially since the prices are affordable, and portions substantial. The service is mid-tier because they are constantly understaffed, but the people are always sincere.

We ordered pho, the taste was delicious, but usually pho was always packed with meat. This is the first time I can finish a bowl of pho because there wasn’t enough meat. They also give one plate of vegetables for 3 bowls of pho and only 2 stems of basil for 3 pho. The fresh spring rolls are also smaller than other places. I prefer to pay more for standard portions.

Ok, 3 and a half stars. Definitely the best phò in Eugene. The other Vietnamese restaurants in town are meh when it comes to phò. I’ve had five star omg Vietnamese food – in Vancouver BC so get your passport and drive to Phò 37 restaurant there, only 7 hours away. Also, the fabulous Friendship Kitchen in NE Portland, which feels like an Oregon Country Fair booth! But for Eugene? This is the place! Bring your own ambience ( seriously, I play the appropriate country’s music at most Asian restaurants. I wish Eugene restaurants would try better at decor and ambiance! Very reasonable prices by the way!

Their food is excellent and we’ve never had a bad dish here, ever. During busy times, they really need a busboy to ease the waitress’ duties. Their lemongrass chicken is second to none, and the salt and pepper crispy squid is unbelievable.

I believe this location has the most magical cure for any sickness in their pho. I came in feeling very sick and wanted some hot soup. With every spoonful, I felt more alive. Thank you so much for the wonderful pho.
