The bread will survive the rapture! This bread was so hard I tried to eat it, I took it back and the girl took my sandwich back in the midst of making someone else’s sandwich she never switched gloves or anything (and I have pets at home) and she continued to make the other sandwich SO UNSANITARY. So I’m guessing the shift leader had to feel the bread before she decided to make me a new sandwich she stated that the bread just came out the oven. So I’ll share a picture of how NOT soft the bread is. its crumbling like crackers never will I go back to this location

This Subway’s franchise store does not know how to manage anything at all. The first time I placed an order, they said they didn’t have any tuna. They told me to refund it on the app, and it took almost a month. I also had to go to the store and show a receipt. The second time, today, I tried to get the footlong BOGO on the app. I placed it, came in, and they said they don’t have wax paper to heat up sandwiches, so they refunded my money. The last time, they didn’t have any sort of Auntie Anne’s pretzels footlongs. It’s clear that management does not know how to manage at all. I will say that the regular employees are nice. Management needs to do something because they do not know how to operate a store at all.

I had to repeat my order 5 times to the worker and she still got it wrong. I asked for mayonnaise and mustard and the first thing she does is add hot honey. I told her only mayo and mustard, she said, “we have no lite mayo”. I can see why this place is getting worse.

Ordered two sandwiches via the app. They obviously did not read the order. They added teriyaki sauce to my hot shot italiano.I asked for ranch. Red onion, green bell pepper, banana peppers, red wine vinegar and oil missing. Seriously. Don’t go here. About a month ago there was only one employee making sandwiches around dinner time I waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches. Lots of people stood in line for sometime but would eventually walk out.

There was a long line only one worker in the front. The manager was walking from the back to the front but not assisting till the line was out the door. The bread was stale and the cheese had a funny taste to it . The Turkey had a weird smell, ended up throwing it away . The order was a to go.

Terrible. Ordered online and they told me my food was ready, I get there and they tell me they have no sliced meats so they couldn’t fulfill my order. I had to come back the next day and they still didn’t have my food ready. The manager questioned me as if though I was trying to get free food even though the employee from the night previously had already spoken to her on the phone. I was offered 3 free cookies, did I get them? Nope. I was upset so I didn’t even argue, I just wanted to leave the most unprofessional subway restaurant I have had the displeasure of visiting. I was told at 8:50 pm on a Wednesday night that they couldn’t take my order because they had to be out by 9 or the owners get upset.. why stay open til 9 if you’re not allowing people to order before then? This was ridiculous

Hi I seen the reviews and didn’t like how negative they were so I tried it out and I had the coolest experience with the dude with the blue eyes. He must’ve had a bad day or maybe all the reviews were correct and he did make mistakes in the past. We all make mistakes. He is improving and had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. Thanks Chris the way you handled taking my order and your skills made you seem like the owner of this place.

The older lady that always works there, needs to speed it up or they need a second worker. It took 10 minutes to get one churro, which was stale, couldn’t even chew it. One bite and threw it away. This location will fail if all customers experienced what I did today. Owner needs to go in a take control before the ship sinks.
