It’s a different Taco spot not what you would think. Different is good the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. The wait time to get our food was a bit, but worth the wait. I am not a fan in less at a fast food restaurant of order at the counter and sit so they can bring your order. The margaritas were amazing water melon Yum! Shrimp Taco was fire.

Excellent modern restaurant with delicious food in the heart of Pueblo! The watermelon margarita is killer! Friendly staff, menu with a nice variety! One complaint, nix the paper and foil on the serving platter, it just ends up in your food when you cut it.

I got the vegan taco and it was an explosion of flavor from the first bite. The cilantro lime rice was also fresh and tasty. A lot of food for a great price! Wonderful atmosphere and the general manager was also very engaging. Will definitely stop by on my next time through.

Went to Pueblo again last night after a year of being there. I tried the Covid19, The Cure, Fongus Amongus, and also the Alaskan fish taco. Covid taco was my favorite last year and it continues to be so good and even better now, but The Cure, is just delicious and is now my favorite. I guess they had to come with The Cure being better than Covid and they did make it! Shrimp was large and very well seasoned and juice. The cilantro cole slaw on the tacos is just well marinated in lime juice and it is refreshing. Tacos and are big and filled of good stuff. My friend got a burrito and it was smothered in queso and topped of with chili verde. Julia was such a good server and nice, she came to the table several times and had a great smile. Owners also greeted us and asked if we liked their food.
This place just open in the middle of the pandemic and so we ordered different dishes such as carne asada fries, steak tortas, carnita bowl, taco salad, and mine was the carne asada tacos. Everything looked and tasted so yummy. Every plate comes with cute colorful tortilla chips and salsa. My tacos were delicious. They had plenty of steak which was well seasoned and cooked. They came with guacamole on top and some cheese. These tacos were different than all tacos I’ve ever had since these had a cheese crust on the four tortilla. The order came with 2 tacos and chips and it was very filling. I also tried the torta which was on ciabatta bread and it was delicious.

Steak melt is amazing!!! The cheese is melted perfectly with a little crispiness. So much steak is also added to it. The servers are very friendly and the owner introduced himself to every table. Last and very important the entire place is so clean. Definitely will be returning hungry for more

I have enjoyed Dee Tacko catering at several private events but today I was able to dine-in and enjoy their cuisine at the 2nd and North Main Street location in downtown Pueblo. The staff were great and attentive. When I ordered the quesadilla I worried that it would be just an appetizer but the staff told me it was a complete meal, so I ordered the Flood Quesadilla with sirloin steak. They were right and I was not disappointed. It was delicious and I loved the branding of ‘Dee Tacko’ right on the tortilla. I would highly recommend Dee Tacko for their very innovative and tasty Pueblo-Mex cuisine. GH

I was traveling through Pueblo and looked up well reviewed Mexican Restaurants and this was first on the list for good reason.
Getting two vegetarian tacos Avo Good Day and Cheesy Veggie with chips and salsa was enough to fill me up and I was hungry!
Staff was attentive and polite and food came out within 15 minutes.

Staff is super friendly and the food is AMAZING! As a vegetarian it’s hard to find good options let alone stuff that’s different… this place nails it! To top it off, they made us a Nutella Banana Concha for dessert that was to die for. (They even brand their name into their burritos! Such a cool touch.)
Highly recommend!! We will definitely be back again soon!
