Best pizza ever! Thin crust Hawaiian with jalapeños. I was picking up just about predicted time and an employee came running out to say it would be about one more minute and would I like something to drink while I waited. He was neat, business like and well spoken. Sure enough, he comped the drink of my choice, while handing me such a wonderful pizza. I ate a third of it before getting it out of the box!!

I don’t know what’s going on from this location but every time I get pizza from here it is never cut right. It’s so bothersome because it’s every single time. You get better quality ordering dominos elsewhere. Y’all need new blades or train the employees to slice pizza. The ends on the slices stick together making it a mess because the whole slices get ripped apart.

We’ve been coming to this Domino’s for years. It’s our go to spot and we almost never leave bad reviews, but this experience was so uncomfortable and frustrating that it needs to be said. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was completely off. We placed our usual order and simply asked for Parmesan on the side something we’ve ALWAYS been able to get, and we were more than willing to pay for it. We were immediately told no. We asked when that changed, asked for a manager, and she also flat-out said no with no real explanation.
Then it just got worse.
We asked for our receipt to make sure our order was correct and were told we had to wait until the pizzas came out to get it. That makes absolutely no sense. We asked for the order to be read back to us attitude. We watched them make the pizza and were told earlier they could give us garlic drizzle, then suddenly it was “oh we can’t do garlic drizzle” again like… which one is it? These are basic requests that Domino’s is literally known for. What happened to “build your pizza your way”? Because it clearly doesn’t apply at this location. Between the confusion, the inconsistency, and the dismissive attitudes, we finally asked for our money back. We will never return to this location again.
Loyal customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re asking for something outrageous when they’re requesting things they’ve been getting for years. Completely disappointing experience.

The manager Clay has excellent customer service. I had an unpleasant experience at this location a few months ago, however, things have changed with Clay leading the store. This location just continues to go downhill. It’s less than a mile from my home and I’ve been ordering here for years. This last experience was the nail in the coffin. I order for curbside. I check in. Wait for about 10 minutes (not normal) and I call and I’m placed on a 5 min hold (not normal) and then I hang up and go inside about 5 min later. I ordered curbside because I don’t like leaving my kids in the car unattended ESPECIALLY at this location because it’s sketchy even during the day. I see about 10 people working. 3-4 of them just standing around. I finally get help and the girl doesn’t say anything after I explain the situation just turns and gets my food and slides it across the counter and walks away. The absolute MINIMUM after giving terrible customer service and making someone wait 20 minutes while employees stand around is a simple “sorry”. When I called and talked to the manager he was just as useless. I’ll be driving to the location on Skillman from now on. This location should honestly be shut down.

I ordered from Domino’s for a Christmas lunch at work, spending $81 on 4 pizzas and wings. Three pizzas were supposed to have a NY-style crust, and one was supposed to be thin and crispy—but all 4 came with thin crust.
To make matters worse, the delivery driver was sent to the wrong address. We waited, wondering why the order was taking so long, and had to track the driver ourselves. They never called, even though they were supposed to. When we finally called the store, we learned that the employee who took the order over the phone wrote the address down incorrectly.
By the time the food arrived, it was cold. Someone suggested I call to request a refund, but I hesitated because I didn’t know if the cost would come out of the employees’ pockets, and it was the Monday before Christmas. Since we called when the driver was late by 20 min they should have offered something.
On top of that, I wasn’t informed about the $5 delivery fee in advance. I tipped the driver $10, so I ended up paying $15 extra for cold food.
This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from this Domino’s again. Get it together, Domino’s!

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered thru online and app was told that my food was complete and ready for pick up. Get there paid and was told that my food would be another 13mins before it would be complete. Waited in the lobby for food and was given two wrong pizzas. I’ve spent 30 minutes out my night waiting for something that was preordered to delete the extra wait. Then, when I finally receive my order two out of my three pieces that I ordered was completely wrong. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to Find out where they placed my other two pizzas. I was not the only person waiting a long time for their pizza There was a total of six or seven people in domino’s waiting for their pizza. It’s utterly ridiculous.
