I drive for Door Dash,it was 11:44 at night and the line was very long for drive through but I figured the lobby was closed but thought I’d stick with it bc it was for a customer! When I finally got to the speaker to let them know I was Door Dash it took anither 5+ mins for them to come on the speaker they then said oh, your oder is ready you can pull forward ..I was like no I cant, there is like 7 cars in front of me, he said well when you can, pull forward, I asked if he knew how long the wait was gonna be, he replied he wasnt sure, I then asked if they were open inside he said no, at this point I was stuck in the line bc I had cars behind me. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for my customers order which was already ready when I got there! It was like they weren’t making the orders until the people got to the actual window! When I finally got to window and she asked if I had a pick up order, I said yea, it was ready 45 mins ago, she said oh Im sorry, would you like a drink, I said no, my customer wouldve liked hot food. Not cool at all! They should’ve atleast let me come to the door and handed me the order since it was ready to go instead of me having NO WAY to get outta that line even if I wanted to unassign from the order (which I wouldnt have done to customer) but if I wanted to I was still stuck, so I missed out on many deliveries and my customer got cold food!

So I gave 2 stars on the food cause the pies were good and the fries were good but the chicken and the wings were over cooked and dry almost no meat left caused by shrinkage from over cooking them and I put 1 star for the service because the lady swung my food so hard at my mom that the receipt got stuck to the roof of the car and we weren’t even parked that far we were right there she was very nasty and rude we ordered the food online and came to pick it up we gave her my name and let her know that we ordered in the app and she tried to act like she didnt know what we were talking about then she walked off for a good 5 minutes while we could see our bag sitting right there the whole time then she came back and swung at our car that was insane these people need to be reprimanded and taught better if they can’t be civil to the public than they need to be fired and replaced with someone that cares about their job and the service that they provide and then I gave the atmosphere a 1 star because I have never been inside so idk but im sure its just as chaotic of an experience as the drive thru is

I won’t eat here again. The workers are just there to be there. They have no knowledge on how to make a proper meal. I ordered the fnaf popeyes 7.99box and they only put 5 cheesy bites and they cooked them so much they were hollow with no cheese. They gave me food that has been sitting out for probably 30 min instead of making it fresh like I asked. I’d thought I’d give this place a 4th chance but I’m reporting to the better business bureau with this one because this is just inedible

The lady at the register was in the weeds with Togo order and paper tickets and the gentleman’s order in front of me. She didn’t have the change for his order, took another 5 minutes to sort that. No worries, it happens.
What doesn’t happen, and should never, is being served medium well chicken. AFTER having the incorrect order given to me, taken home, and then returned to receive the correct order.
Not worries, right? Wrong… the chicken was undercooked spongy and had that not been brined properly/uncooked feel in the mouth. Plus you can see the bottom is cooked the top 3/4 is not and chicken is juicy when done properly, so there is moisture in it, just not the right kind. Raw chicken moisture is no good.

I don’t even know where to start. My order was messed up no fries with my shrimp. No tartar sauce, I even offered to pay for it. The one service guy was su9er friendly and helpful though.

It was ok. Or so. Was out of original recipe. Was asked if I would mind spicy or 2 wings and a breast that were severely overcooked. The red beans and rice were ok. Not stove hot and I think Popeyes is being cheap with their spices. Not much flavor. Biscuit was same as ever. A bit of honey,jam,or butter would have helped. However, it did come in handy for a doorstop. I did pay in cash. I think that confused the young lady. Apparently, she ran out of change and was unable to get more. And they forgot the napkins. I hate eating anything without napkins.

The staff were fast and very friendly the restaurant was clean. My only gripe was the food, and I have a feeling the location itself can’t do anything about it. I ordered the dab ghost wing thinking they would be hot, but to my disappointment, there was almost no appreciable level of heat. They did have a nice flavor, though, so there’s that. Overall will continue to eat at this location.
