If you specifically want chicken salad for lunch, this could be a good place to go. They have so many varieties, even the most picky chicken salad-connoisseur will like something. The attentive staff certainly help with the experience.
However, if you want basic chicken salad, there are a plethora of other places (that don’t specifically specify in making chicken salad) that taste just as good, if not better. If you were expecting an out of this world chicken salad experience, you will not get it here.

This used to be one of my favorite places. The food quality Is terrible now. I guess they’re not following food safety standards anymore either as I just got plastic in my buffalo Barclay. They’ve forgotten several of my paid items consistently now- and no one cares when I bring it to their attention. I know they have a great owner, but the staff is terrible. From gristle to now PLASTIC, the food is pretty much inedible now.

delicious food and everyone is so nice and the woman who ran our food even made jokes with us:) i usually go through the drive thru and was surprised how nice the inside is. they also have watermelon tea and strawberry lemonade both were very delicious. i always get fruity fran and mac and cheese. never disappoint!!! and the COOKIES! SO GOOD!

Stop in and lunch with my beautiful wife at Chicken Salad Chick and the food was wonderful something new for me lol and I was surprised how clean the restaurant is and how the staff clean each table after each guest all the employee’s smiling and very friendly I will be back soon Nice place to eat.

I order the bbq BLT with no tomatoes and loaded potato soup. I did put allergic to tomatoes for the potato soup (for a coworker). They ended up not giving me bbq chicken salad since bbq is made with tomatoes (my mistake since I couldn’t type out the allergy just for the potato soup). Next time I’ll make sure I specify so I get what I ordered, but I like the attention to detail! Very considerate!

I’m writing this review from one of the booths on my first visit. My impression after 30 minutes? I’m amazed that something this simple can be such a fantastic success.
I purchased the Jazzy Julie while my daughter ordered the Kickin’ Kay Lynne. Both tasted wonderful, came with a side (no chips on the menu), a pickle quarter and a frosted sugar cookie. Portion sizes are sized properly. Staff and environment have been friendly and helpful.
Remember this location just recently opened so there will be a few hiccups along the way. Right now, they are allowing customers to sample flavors you’re interested in. I will definitely be coming back again.

I went at what I thought was the end of the lunch rush, but obviously, there were many others that had the same idea. CSC was slammed! CSC was moving through the lines and getting the orders out! Even with influx of people, everyone – including the customers were being so hospitable. This is my 2nd time coming to this location and I look forward to coming back again!
