HORRIBLE LOCATION!!! Never in my life have I wished more then to not spend my money here ever again. The customer service is BEYOND disappointing and everyone’s attitude is disgusting. They never get any order correct. I went in there today and there was a woman with red hair touching food with bare hands, and shoved the food out the window and closed it not saying a word. and after forgetting a part of my order I came back around the window to the same woman ignoring me, knowing I was at the window waiting for her attention. please for the love of God never give this business your money!

Everytime I think let me try this place again I learn quickly why I shouldn’t. Ordered a plan chicken sandwich with cheese. I got a chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce and cheese. Ordered a burger with no mustard add pickles, tomato, and mayo. I got a burger with mustard no tomatoes no pickles no mayo. Guess they put the mayo on my chicken so I can build my own sandwich

I will never eat here again! When I got home with my food I found Blue mold right on the outside of the bun. I called the number that was listed online for the store and ended up speaking to a customer service agency answers for all the restaurants. I explained what happened and she said that she had to call the restaurant not me then told me I could go back and get a refund. When I went back the manager said he would only refund for one sandwich for $2.50 which was not even worth the gas it took to get back there. I brought the sandwich back in with me as well as a receipt and nobody seen concerned and just told me to throw the sandwich away. Stay away from this restaurant if you don’t like mold…

I waited in line over ten minutes before I came to the speaker there was only Three cars in front of me, They were taking orders of one car at a time when that car was actually served with the food They will take the next car. I place my order on the mobile app, The female employee was very nice. But the service was slow,and My food was warm at the best, I got diet coke instead of coke, Normally this place is very good , but today it was very bad.

Burger was cold, and the bread tasted like it was stale. I’m pretty sure that they didn’t actually heat it up at all. I would have asked for a refund (which I literally never do) if I had the time available to go back.
