It’s a Wendy’s – best fast food restaurant, period. Their burgers are the best and you can’t beat a chocolate Frosty (have to dip those fries!). What really impressed me about here this morning was I had a hankering for a Frosty with my breakfast Baconator, so they had to switch the machine on for me which they did, and offered me a complimentary self-serve soft drink whilst I waited – that’s what you call great customer service, thank you.

Great spot for a late lunch! I went on a Tuesday around 2pm. Ordered the apple pecan salad. It was ready in less than 90 seconds and it was beautiful! My cashier was Gabriel, who was fast, friendly and very competent at his job. The store was super clean even though I got there right after the lunch rush. I’m posting pictures for you too!

today 2/19/26 I had a horrible experience through the drive thru & what was worse, the horrible serve came from the manager. she has blond short hair & looks like a man. I did not get her name because she shut the window while my husband was talking to her & asking her for our debit card back. She was having issues with her credit card terminal but instead of checking the terminal she kept screaming at us thru the drive thru window that non of our cards worked, instead of checking on her side if that was the issue. She also was multitasking by assisting other customers behind us on the drive thru line. I tried several time to tell her my card has money it must be on your end. she looked at me annoyed & said im not talking to you. That when my husband became upset and told her she was working about other things instead of the customer that Infront of you, the manager then proceeded and slammed closed the drive thru door on our face keeping our card. I had to reverse & knock on window to get my card back & go next door to Clovers to buy lunch. I will never ever go to this Wendy’s again & i will tell everyone in work building to never go there again as long as that manger is there.

This location is ALWAYS so slow! I gave it a 3rd chance last night as I didn’t want to drive to a further location. I waited in drive thru for 10 minutes and I was the only car there. I didn’t realize my husband ordered a drink and came home with no drink! This place lacks service. It seems only 2 people work the entire store. I will be driving to the further location from now on

The only redeeming quality for this restaurant is the fact that they have affordable meal options but that is not saying much since that’s every Wendy’s. The drink machine usually only has a few options with the rest being out of stock. The tables are always dirty and most of the time there is water on the floor without a wet floor sign.

I order a bacon double stack biggie bag with an extra chicken bacon sandwich and to be honest the only thing that was good was the chicken nuggets fr the biggie bag. Everything else was cold and prepared sloppy. I ended up just having the biggest and the drink and went to another establishment for dinner.

Literally told the manager no other restraunt charges for sauce like a cup of honey mustard: tried to charge me 50 cents after spending 14$ . Then literally forgot my fries so I had to turn around and go back then says I’ll give you it cause we messed up , please steer clear, go to McDonald’s, Taco Bell or Culver’s where customer service isn’t based on how the manager feels.
