We all know that Burger King doesn’t always have the most consistent quality. I have never had this problem at this location. I work nearby and order for lunch a few times a week.
My items are always fresh quality and do not seem old or sat out. Fried items are crispy, whoppers are assembled well and always a good temperature.
While frequently busy, employees are still kind and able to take orders and get food out quickly.
The lobby is never a mess. There’s always plenty of the paper crowns out. Soda machine has never been down, and they have two for if a flavor is out at one which is convenient.
If a manager is reading this, I’m always asked if I want the proper upcharges such as cheese on a whopper or a bigger drink. This doesn’t effect my experience as much, but order takers always say everything they’re required to such as thanking me and giving me a receipt.
This is a good location that I’m grateful to have available as a consistent, good, and fast option for my 30 minute lunch breaks.

Excellent service! My food was exactly as I ordered it. The manager on duty was very friendly; she repeated my order back to me to make sure it was correct. When I got to the window, I asked her name so I could give feedback on her service, and she said her name was Mayela. Excellent service! I’ve always bought my food and breakfast at this store, and I’ve always received great service from them. Excellent job!

Stopped by to try out the Burger King bacon melt. It is unbelievably good. A thick juicy burger, ordered with extra ketchup, has become a delicious, greasy,out of this world mess. I cannot wait to come back for more. The stack is very nice and accommodating and the pleasure to do business with.

The Cashier/helper Latina with blonde hair is a very bad Latina with delivery drivers. The order to pick up was ready and she just needed to pack it and give it to the delivery driver but she preferred to take care of 3 customers in the drive thru before rather than help delivery drivers. That shows lack of professionalism and definitely you are not willing to help delivery drivers.

12/20 7:79 pm. The woman working the drive through was very rude. Hispanic, hair in a bun. I know working in fast food isn’t the greatest but leadership should be required at any level. At least respect. Will not be retuning to this location. On top of that I got home and there was onions and tomatoes on my daughters burgers, specifically asked for no onions and tomatoes.

Just stopped by to try out the SpongeBob whopper, this young man by the name of Fredo not only accommodated my last minute request to edit the items on my sandwich with zero attitude, but he made my night with his humor and welcoming demeanor! This spot has the most awful, stale and cold fries I’ve ever had every time. Please retrain your employees on how to make French fries. The service here is good, but the fries are terrible. Undercooked and ice cold every time.

DISGUSTING. Do not go here. The food was stale, old, and cold. Sauces were not provided. The fries had been sitting under a heat lamp for god knows how long. So gross.
