I walked in to hear, “welcome in” My order was taken with one of two options of for here in one of their Mugs or my chosen choice was to go.
As I waited a young man called out my name to let me know they were starting my drink. I watched a young lady bring items to people who were seated. I hear my name called for my food and drink in which was lovely(my drink can be complicated.)
A cute little message on my cup and off I went with a, “Have a good day!” Before I touched the door.
I’m a visitor to Florida but this store definitely made it feel like home!

So this is my local Starbucks and I always have great experiences here & today was especially great when I received my cup with the “take it one day at a time” note and it fit so perfectly into my life at this moment it was very touching to me! ❤️

My cousin and I ordered a Venti Iced Matcha latte with an extra scoop of matcha, vanilla flavoring, no ice, and filled the rest with milk (for an extra charge of course). The amount of foam compared to the actual drink really disappointed us as we spent $16 for our drinks. I didnt understand why the cup was filled with air bubbles at first. Then it settled into a layer of foam that was half the cup once we started to drink it. I only gave it a couple stars for the good flavor. I appreciate the baristas effort and the fast service. However, we wish the drinks came out to be what we wanted.

Haven’t been to Starbucks since the pandemic…but so glad I came back for a delicious Pumpkin Spiced Latte …worth every penny! Staff very friendly and the service was speedy. Definitely will be back sooner this time!

I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, which is usually my go-to. When the young man at the window handed me my drink, I told him it wasn’t correct. He insisted it was, and I didn’t want to argue with someone who makes my food. There was no mocha or layered whipped cream — just cookie blended into the coffee base. These drinks are already overpriced, so it’s incredibly disappointing when they’re made wrong, and even more so when an employee argues that they’re not. This is why I refuse to tip before receiving service. Nine times out of ten, when I tip upfront, my drink isn’t made correctly. I don’t even care if you don’t know how to make it — just tell me so I can order something else. It’s either that, or he was trying to gaslight me, and I have to wonder if it was reprisal for not adding a tip.

Frequent Starbucks customer. Just moved down to the Westport area from Sarasota, so this has been our main location. Have been very very pleased with the consistency of our drinks, employees are very nice, clean and nice place to work for a few hours too. Highly recommend.

No soap in either bathroom and the lady at the counter was so rude about me asking if they had any soap to wash my hands after I used the bathroom. Denied my request and then proceeded to take my cash from my unclean hands with her bare hands and immediately walk past her hand washing station and directly to start making my food, still with dirty hands that had just touched my money that was in my unclean hands. 0/10 on hygiene, telling me I could wait for the person to get back from Walmart with soap. Kind of wild, super unhygienic, but if she wasn’t so curt and rude about it I’d never have left this review.

These were the same kind of drink with the same customization one tastes good and one tastes like milk with sugar. Can you guess which one is which? The milky one was mine and it was disgusting! Never consistent at this location. Staff unfriendly and they are serving customers straws that have no wrapping. YUCK
Update: another try and still terrible service terrible drinks. Even complaining to corporate doesn’t change the way the store is run. Just waited an additional 15 minutes past my pick up time for my mobile order. What’s the point of mobile ordering? I probably could’ve gotten my order faster if I went in the store. And then they’re out of iced coffee? A coffee place out of coffee! What a joke!
Latest update: they have decided that it’s too much to do the mobile orders , so they turned it off for their store for now according to an employee all other Starbucks in surrounding area are doing mobile orders . Unbelievable!
