We had the best burger ever in a diner! We had a great time! Interior was clean and neat. Our server was kind and all the staff as well. Food was amazingly and surprisingly good (no leftovers – and I have 3 young and somewhat picky boys)! We are coming back!

My wife and I decided to try it out. Either our expectations were too high after reading about Duke’s in the newspaper or they were having a bad day or it’s just another bunch of lip service.
I had the classic chicken sandwich and fries, my wife had the fish sandwich and fries. Neither were astounding in either quality or quantity.
For the amount of food we got, we probably would have had just as good of food if we had walked over to Sheetz….and it probably would have been cheaper and more filling. Portion size was only average at best.
Service was only OK but they seemed shorthanded so I’ll give a pass on that.
I cannot foresee us going back. It is unfortunate and I hope others have a better, more enjoyable visit that we did. Growing pains are real but consistency in message from ownership needs to acknowledge that.

Took my mom here since we were both curious about the new place in the mall. We were seated immediately and got our drinks ordered. The place was clean and the staff is friendly. The tea we got was super fresh, same with the cut lemon that came with it. We both ordered the mushroom swiss burger with fries. Those were probably the BEST fries I have ever had. I got them loaded with a side of ranch and could’ve made an entire meal out of the fries ALONE! The mushroom swiss burger was perfectly cooked and had a very nice grilled taste, didnt taste like it was cooked while floating in grease. My only complaint is that our server seemed new and we set without our bill for maybe 15 or 20 minutes before she gave us our ticket. It was kinda busy, so Im not upset. Overall had a wonderful time over great food, will definitely eat here again if it stays!

Wasn’t lit inside at the entrance and was a bit bare making it feel closed. The waiter was super nice but did ask us if we knew what we wanted as soon as being seated. There was no music playing which isn’t a big problem but would have been nice. The side salad came out with the food, thought salads came out before the food. The portions were really nice but the gravy on mine and my husband’s country fried steak was kind of on the jelly side with a bit of a dried crusty film over the top. We didn’t eat. As soon as we got our food we noticed the kitchen staff out front smoking. I took my food (not likely going to eat it) but he didn’t take his. His meal was was comped but likely won’t be returning. Gave two stars because at least our waiter was really nice.

We came for lunch and were given a perfect burger, a perfect chicken sandwich and perfect waffle fries for a very reasonable price. I also must note that I had a difficult time choosing between the burger and their pizza. The pizza looked amazing. Overall, a wonderful lunch!

Bar and bar seating area not in use and sitting empty. Staff stated no plans to open this area in the future. This area should be removed. Multiple television screens in dining area were not on. Wait staff forgot an ordered item and it was never brought to our table, refills, dessert and our check was never offered. Appetizers were mediocre, french fries were not good, biscuits and gravy…biscuit was okay but gravy was not homemade, sausage bits in gravy were burnt and made the gravy taste burnt. Sweet tea was not good. Reuben sandwich was good!

We have been here 2 hours…..I still have not gotten my food. My husband and son got theirs. They couldn’t make me a salad..so then I got fried chicken….2 hours…..nothing…
I wouldn’t come back.
And the menu that’s online is not what they have in the restaurant.
Management explained that they cannot make the salad due to a training chef and they arent prepared. The chefs aren’t in due to a family emergency. That is understandable. However, if they aren’t prepared or cannot fully do their job they should close shop. Management didn’t apologize for the wait or offer to take care of the bill. Nor were we warned up front what was and was not available. The employees were seen outside on their phones smoking. The place wasn’t full, so there was no reason for the terrible wait.
Upon paying for the bill, I was asked how things were. I replied with, “I have no idea”. As I never tasted my food.

Food was great and cheap prices. The Brotherly Duke was very enjoyable, and the sidewinder fries were good. Also tried the French toast, green beans, mac & cheese and part of a ghost pepper sandwhich.
Atmosphere was nice. Bright and relaxing. Not a fan of the dark/dim and loud atmospheres a lot of restaurants have started to have.
