Quick friendly service. I could barely wrap my mouth around the 2 patty hamburger because it was so thick. Everything tasted good but be aware of the price. My hamburger, fries, and shake was a $26 lunch I stopped here because it was within walking distance to numerous shops including Target.

Honestly with how busy tonight was with the online sale and then being flooded with 60+online orders. They worked fast as they could, worked together well, very communicative with their customers, were sincere, kind, honest and straight to the point. Just wish all the customers there were understanding on the situation they were in and how they handled it.

Placed an order in the building waited 45 minutes after multiple times of asking them if my food was ready they told me yes it’s been ready so my food was just sitting there for over 30 minutes. Cold would not remake my food so $42 for nothing bun soggy fries are cold completely un edible to eat the burgers do not recommend this location drive to the Newport News location

It took 20 minutes to get food, once I received my food the fries extremely salty i mean over the top! I I asked for raw onions on my little burger combo it so much onion. It was more like an onion burger huge chunks of them too( i didnnot ask for extra onions either). I suggest less salt and less onion on the burgers unless customers ask for them.

This was one of the worst five guys I have been to. Out of 3 basic burgers one was crispy burnt another they forgot half the toppings for all the way. Even though there were only 2 groups in there lots of tables were dirty. The kitchen was gross with old food all over the floor.

I never had a good milkshake from them n have been on n off going for 5 years. Caramel shake too salty. Shakes not properly blended either. And they keep serving soggy fries. I have no idea why the burgers are greasy either

Came into five guys today. Went the restroom ( 6 months pregnant and can see) trying to use it the door has a code. Went to the front and ask politely for the code and this lady with dreads asked if I ordered restroom is for paying customers. So I stated I will order I just really need use the bathroom and she stated restrooms is for paying customers . Which pissed me off if it’s policy put it on the doors of the restroom etc. cause at this point your making up stuff as you go. It’s doesn’t even say it on the website and the tall light skin lady in the back rolling your eyes was sending me I don’t understand society . So I held my pee waiting for my order and calling corporate . Thanks for the best experience ladies you were amazing at your customer service. I hope you both have a blessed day and days. If you’re pregnant go somewhere else and eat or just Uber it. But after today I will get my burger else wear . Update: as I’m still sitting here eating cause I had to order before using the bathroom. Two different ladies just used the restroom without ordering. How convenient. hilarious.

The burger was expensive but well worth the price. It was the best burger I have ever had. The fries where delicious to. The staff where really friendly and helpful. Service was quick and the place was clean. Free wifi and public restrooms. Definetly stop in here..

The food was great . Fresh & hot . The guy who took my order actively promoted their 13.99 combo meal . I got a double cheeseburger & reg cajun plus a super large drink for $22.78 . Im still full its been 4 hrs since i ate the food . Thanks for the great service.
