Stopped at McDonald’s on my way to Ohio and had a great experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I asked for a few extra ranch dressings for my kids, and they happily gave them with a smile — no hassle at all. The drive-through was quick and efficient, and everything was fresh and just right. Excellent service and attitude — one of the best McDonald’s stops I’ve had! Highly recommend.

Ordered through the app thinking it would save me time and the headache of ordering through the drive thru. The worker handed my order to the car in front of me. When I told her I didnt want the order she took back from the car in front of me she looked at me like I was crazy for not wanting the food she took back from the car. With all the sickness going around how many people do not wash their hands why would I want that bag or the food that was in the bag??

Slow food. Directed to an empty pay window. Okay. Waited 10. Eventually circle back, maybe they forgot me. Gave up after another 5 in line. It was not busy. Other cars came and went. Ordered a nugget meal, nothing complex. Can’t judge the food as it never came.

I had to go through drive thru twice after that I gave up, I don’t ever do reviews on anybody literally but this is sad!!! I paid for this with my money and that’s what I get at 9:40pm? It was cold, not even a medium like i wanted, hadn’t even gotten to drink my large drink (which isn’t even filled all the way)… I have problems with this location every time on the coldness and lack of giving me worth my money. These employees need to start caring about their customers that’s all!

I have noticed both McDonald’s on Ruckreigal and on Blankenbaker always give fresh food. Food is always hot and fries just come up. Food is expensive enough so appreciate when the food is good.

I thought I’d stop by and quickly grab a couple of breakfast burritos. That didn’t happen. Went through the drive-thru, placed my order, and then sat for several minutes at the first pickup window. Think I figured I should drive to the second pickup window…perhaps that’s where they were handing out the orders. Nope. After another couple of minutes I drove around to go in and was met at the door by a worker wondering why I was “driving all over the place.” I explained to her what happened. She had that “duh” look. So I asked the manager for my money back. She proceeded to charge me again. After two trips into the restaurant, I got my refund and I will NEVER stop at this McDonald’s again. incompetence reigns supreme!
