I just didn’t get what I ordered. I wanted a mocha cookie crumble, sub mocha for white mocha and add caramel drizzle. There was no caramel drizzle the white mocha was all at the bottom not blended in, and no cookie crumble. I just wanted a sweet treat I didn’t know think this order was complicated as I’ve seen orders with 20 additional things. If they were out of cookie crumble they didn’t say that either.

Employees are really nice even if you hang around for 3+ hours the way I did. My drinks were made correctly and everything was delicious! They also have the option to use a reusable cup or mug, which is something I haven’t seen at a Starbucks since before the pandemic!

Kristine the shift manager since Ive been coming to this store is always giving great service she goes above and beyond to always give great service .. she makes sure my order is received in a timely manner and always brightens up my day with her smile and joy . I ordered a chai latte, and my drink was ready almost instantly — which honestly surprised me. But as soon as I took a sip after leaving, I realized it was just a regular coffee. Maybe the barista thought, “Who cares?” Well, when customers are paying $7–$8 for a drink, it should at least be accurate.
As an Indian, I couldn’t help but feel there was some bias involved. When I went back to clarify, the just said he “misheard” without any real apology — it felt intentional. Working in hospitality myself, I can tell when a mistake is genuine and when it’s not.
Thank you for your “kind” service — but I won’t be coming back to Starbucks again. To any Starbucks.

This was my first time ordering food at Starbucks and I was not disappointed. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was the best one I’ve ever had. The bacon was cooked perfect (still soft, but fully cooked). The tortilla(?) was cooked perfectly too. It was crispy, but not hard. I would definitely order this again. I also tried the Butterbeer Frappuccino. Just bomb. I had to look it up on how to make it, but it was great lol. IG & SC: @ailijay

12/25/23 on Christmas, I got my kids chocolate milks. They didn’t have any. So they gave me white, but that’s not the problem. They gave me a month expired white milk and brought them back in. So instead they gave me warm chocolate milk boxes. Then today 1/4/2024. I got half my order missing and my blueberries were molded visually without opening. Date was 1/3/24 expired. Drive a couple more minutes up to the Rockwell location, or better yet go to Dutch Brothers. LEARN ROTATION.
