We loved our time in Graham, especially dinner at the verdict with friends. The menu was fun reading all of the titles for the various menu options. Our food was excellent. I had the fish and chips & sweet potato fries, my daughter had shrimp tacos, and my husband had a burger! All were excellent!

Great dinner here – we had to wait a little bit as it was a busy Friday night and ended up with a table on the lovely patio. Excellent friendly service. Loved the attention to detail with the themed menus. The bison burger was great and I enjoyed the selection of cocktails. Highly recommend!

What find off I-40. Sat at the bar and met bartender, Rachel. Since The Verdict is in the Square next courthouse, its a law vib menu. Full bar with great selection of craft beers in cans and drafts. I had an IPA, my wife a bourbon and ginger. Started with fried oysters from “Call the Docket.” So fresh and so good. From “Not as Guilty,” I had the Verdict Cubano, my wife the Chipotle Turkey Panini. Awsome. Her side was a freshly made Caesar salad. Rachel let me try a few sample drafts before my next selection. While eating, the chef/owner, Brandon came out. Had a pleasant conversation about his love of cooking and sharing his food. Then there was desert, or Rebuttals. The coconut caramel pie was a great finish to a great meal for a great experience. How great is that! So if you’re on I-40 near Graham, NC, avoid the chain foods, and spend some time at The Verdict on the Square.

Had an amazing experience at The Verdict! The food was excellent — I highly recommend the fried green tomato panini and the sweet potato fries. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was so clean, including the restrooms. Great spot to grab a bite — you should definitely check it out!

After being disappointed at the steaks at other restaurants. My wife looking for somewhere we’ve not tried she found The Verdict the steak was awesome well cooked and seasoned medium rare.
It was a welcomed change from a very disappointed visit to “D.VT” at a cost of 50 60 dollars to a 25 dollar awesome steak!

Amazing service, good food. They have outdoor seating that is socially distanced, though there was only one other group outside with us. Our server was super friendly and funny. All staff we saw wore masks, and wore them properly, they cleaned and sanitized tables and touch points as well.
I highly recommend the brussel sprouts, either as a side or for the table they were delicious. The salad is large. Their blue cheese dressing is delicious and goes well on the assault and battery burger as well as the veggies I got on the side. The turkey and brie panini is light but filling. Their dessert menu looked good but we were too full this visit to try it.
