I came here one time about a month ago and the lady working here helped me to pick out a coffee. She recommended a banana brown sugar latte. I kid you not I get it every week now. The girls that work here are silly, fun, and so so kind. They always have a bright smile on their face and are willing to do whatever it takes to get you what you want and make you smile at the same time. The atmosphere here is like a fun family gathering at thanksgiving filled with pure love and giggles. I love sitting here seeing the girls here laugh together and create the BEST coffee I’ve ever tasted. This place is the definition of home, happiness, peace, and laughter. I come here a lot when I’m having a bad day and every time I leave feeling better. I hope the owner of this store knows how good they did. If you are thinking about trying this place I highly recommend it’s the best coffee in Temecula!

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ – Amazing Coffee, Missing the Basics
This little local coffee shop has so much potential, but it’s seriously lacking the most basic customer-service fundamentals. I’ve visited about ten times now, and not once have I been greeted with a simple “Good morning” or even a friendly hello. The atmosphere feels flat everyone behind the counter seems drab, uninterested, and at times even a bit attitude-heavy.
I’ve never heard a “thank you,” a “have a great day,” or any kind of positive interaction. Most of the time, my coffee is handed over like an inconvenience rather than a service.
And today was the kicker: I found out they no longer allow pets. Totally fair. But when I asked why, the response I got was, “I’m not sure why, I’m not really a dog lover so it doesn’t bother me.” Not exactly the warm, community-oriented vibe you expect from a local spot.
Here’s the thing, though the coffee is AMAZING. Truly some of the best around. I want to support local, I want this place to thrive, and they could… but the basics are missing.
I hope they turn it around, because the product is worth saving.

It’s a cute coffee spot with free wifi and some tables to do work. The menu for drinks is fairly basic. I got the dirty chai and it was delicious (thank goodness because it wasn’t cheap). Also ordered an everything bagel with CC. I’m going to biased on the bagel since I’m from NY. This bagel was not it. I liked it but the texture is so different and I only got a smear of CC. I accept that I’m on the west coast now and have forsaken my pizza and bagels in exchange for sunny weather. But overall – I liked it and will be back!

Let me start by saying, great coffee and the service rating IS NOT for the guy who actually helped us. The young girl behind the counter with long curly hair was extremely unwelcoming, she was giving my daughter and I the worst looks the minute we entered the place and every move we made she was shooting “daggers” with her looks. The guy working with her was extremely friendly and ended up helping us while she just sat behind the counter with an annoyed look and glaring at every customer. Owners, there are a lot of young kids looking for jobs, please take into consideration of who you are hiring and make sure they are welcoming, friendly and are aware of good customer service!!!

I finally had the chance to try Crave Coffee and Tea, and it did not disappoint. The rustic, cozy atmosphere was perfect, and the cool air inside provided a refreshing break from the heat. The barista was friendly and helpful, offering a few suggestions when I asked for drink recommendations. I ended up going with the iced dirty chai, which lived up to the hype–perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and a rich chai flavor. Plus, I loved the tiny cubed ice! Overall, I had a great experience at Crave and will definitely stop by again whenever I’m in the area.

Good place with yummy bagel, my gf and I ordered 2 croissant bagels with different toppings and we loved it!
The place is not too small or big, have sofa and tables and chairs to sit. Perfect for a nice quick breakfast or sitting a while catch up with friends.
We ordered their matcha latte and it was good too!
Recomended!

I came into this coffee shop after moving to Temecula and being new to the area. I asked for almond milk in my coffee and there was very little. I asked what my order was and the lady turned her back on me and with an aggressive, rude manor she said “yes, there is almond milk!” I was so uncomfortable and couldn’t even ask for them to fix my drink. I don’t feel comfortable going there and the manager should be aware of this. Their staff have no idea what people are going through on a daily basis. Being friendly and respectful is the bare minimal in customer service. The manager needs to address this behavior with them.

Crave Coffee is a must-try! Their coffee is seriously good, and they have a great selection of drinks. I especially love their cinnamon mocha with oat milk – it’s the perfect morning pick-me-up. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend!

The inside of this coffee shop is beautifully designed and decorated. The layout is fantastic and the large Windows allows you to see everything going on around you. Plenty of seating inside and there’s additional seating outside. One of the better designed and roomy coffee shops that I’ve seen in some time. I only had an Americano and it was somewhat weak. After asking I found out that the medium Americano only has two shots and most places I go the medium has three shots. So that’s why it was much weaker than I’m used to. I will go back and try some other drinks so I can’t judge it just by one Americano.
