Good before the bad. The young lady working the counter tonight was hit with a bunch of customers who only spoke Spanish. She did an excellent job of being professional and working through the language barrier. That said, my order took 40 minutes for a half melt and chicken. And once i got it there was barely any sauce on the chicken, no marinara for the melt and it was over cooked. That super nice gal upfront asked if i wanted to check my order before i left (clearly she knows her kitchen crew), but i did not so that’s on me. However, Domino’s is closer to my house anyways so i think I’ll stick with that route. Great job for the young girl in the front of the house, it’s what happened in the kitchen that has me not to return to this location.

Do not order delivery! Ordered delivery, thinking that maybe after a few years from my last poor experience(pizza arrived damaged with dirt and grass in the box) things may have changed. They changed for the worse! It took an hour and a half for pizza to be delivered 9 minutes away. The delivery person just left it on the ground by the door, and of course it was cold! They are using 3rd party delivery, that slows delivery, contributes to poor quality, and adds expense to customers. Never again will I order from this place!

The older lady with glasses is always so nice. Very professional and sweet. The food is always fast and amazing. One time out of many a pizza was wrong and she offered to remake it right away or give me $10 store credit which is what the price of the pizza was.

I’ve had 2 wonderful experiences here in 3 weeks. Friendly staff even the newbies. Food is hot and it’s junk food delish. I started Getting promo codes & using them here & honestly, it’s become so convenient. Thank you to the staff at this location. They are actually very nice. I will Be coming back again. Lived near for years and never came till this past month.

Yea whoever the manager is on duty on Friday November 14th deserves to get their mouth punched in. Refuse to give me her name when I had a complaint about my order. Started being rude giving me attitude then hung up on me. Called backed never answered on the bright side whoever the delivery driver was beyond nice super professional polite apologetic. SHE deserves to be the manager.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at pizza hut. I originally placed an online order and after an hour of waiting for delivery, I called to check in and get an ETA for my delivery as it was getting late. I was told that it would take another hour and a half to get the food delivered. I live 6 minutes away from pizza hut so instead of waiting another hour and a half I told the manager that I’d come and pick up my order.
I drive to the location and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes behind another customer who was already there waiting. There was no one at the front to greet us and all we heard was a bunch of what sounds like kids playing in the back and arguing over sauces. After the awkwardness the customer who was there before me screamed “excuse me” and someone yelled “we will be right with you”. After about two minutes the manager came out. A short Mexican girl with long nails scratching all over her mouth without gloves. We ended up getting our orders and finally upon returning home we noticed that our food was cold and the bread sticks were burnt. The cinnamon sticks were so old and cold they split right in half when we tried to separate it.
I called to let the manager know how unsatisfied we were as our order had obviously been sitting there for over an hour waiting to be delivered before I went to pick it up. She then put me on hold for over 10 minutes and gave evey excuse why the food wasn’t cold and why it wasn’t burnt. I asked her if she’d like me to bring the food back and she declined. She said there isn’t anything she could do. I asked her for her name and she hung up the phone in my face. I called back a few times to collect the name of the store manager however they kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. I would defined not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service!

I called to order this Larger Beef & Olive Pizza with a Stuffed Crust. After I Held on for 8 minutes The Dry, Empty soul lady answered asked my Number and Then Hung up in My Face ! Pissed me smooth off. I immediately jumped on Door Dash and Placed my Order. I had to spend and additional $18 in Fees so this One pizza Cost me $38.62. The Pizza was hot & fresh but not Even Cut Completely. Artificial Intelligence deserves her Job.
