I always go to Shabang but my recent visit for my birthday day was horrible. Whatever Chef weighed my items this time did incorrectly. My seafood boil bag was smaller than usual, I barely got any potatoes and I only received one corn and to top it off my food wasn’t even hot. I let the waiter know and he just didn’t care but he did give me my other corn at least. It always amazes me how waiters/waitresses get an attitude when you speak the truth on the food given. Give me what I paid for.

The food was pretty good, fairly priced for what you’re getting but the service was terrible. We came as a family with a special needs child and you could tell the waitress was not pleased to serve us, she didn’t check on us at all , we got no refills , the food came out slow and we were missing an item that by the time we got it we were already halfway through our meal. If they do to go orders I’d just go ahead and do that instead .

My BooDaddy and I went here and they were packed with a little wait time. Food was delicious, waiter was prompt and friendly. Received everything we ordered with a nice portion. I’ve been here plenty of times but this time we came at 8:15 keep in mind they close at 9:30 the waitress came up and said “it’s to go only right” so I said why to go only she said because we stop dinning at 8 pm. It’s kinda crazy honestly because there’s only two places up here in the high desert like this.

Be advised that this place does a horrible job in accommodating families. My infant is in a car seat and they made it impossible for me to get a bench seating. My son who is 7 years old brought in his water bottle which was empty and the server advised me that he couldn’t have that in the restaurant which is ridiculous!! Before we walked out the door the server told us to have a nice day when clearly they gave us a bad experience. Talk about being petty!

The food was good. If you don’t like spicy don’t get any lol. I’m not a spicy food person but everyone else was. The medium was hot and so was the mild. But everything tasted great and had great flavor. I got the lemon pepper and garlic mixed. Everyone else got the Shabang. Our waiter was fun, honest and helpful. Just make sure you pay attention that the tip is already included in the price. A bit pricey but duh it’s seafood lol

I usually always get crawfish bag here, used to be my favorite. Last two times the potatoes have been HARD and awful, like they didn’t let it boil right. I ordered again Monday night and same result. Also some of the crawfish were nasty. Not sure if they just do this for delivery orders and half do it. But I will have to see elsewhere for crawfish now. Disappointed …

Food was packed with flavor. You’ll receive your order in a bag which you’ll easily have to wear the bib they provide. Food quality was excellent, and quantity was decent. Although don’t order the gumbo, it looks disgusting and nothing like it should. Customer service was excellent. After, they provided us with wet naps and miniature candy.
