Excellent food all around and very affordable. The whole chicken was delicious and it came with beans, rice, tortillas, onions and peppers. They’ve also got a reasonably deep menu with taco and burrito options. We’ll definitely be back to try those.

This is hands down the best breakfast burritos ive had up north for sure and i have tried over 15 different places in northern colo from greeley to lovealand to foco and this one stand out above the rest. Its not quite a 5☆ burrito but its pretty close but its very rare to even have a perfect burrito. I guess the only thing i would like better is if the green chili was spicy because im a heakseeker i like spicy food not like hot cheeto spicy im talking about like ghost pepper kind of spice but i still like this burrito but just saying it would bring it over the top if it was spicy. The price was right for a handheld burrito though ive seen double or triple the price but not good at all. Give them a try if you havent already.
As with all my reviews i encourage everyone to try the place out whether its good or bad just because we all have different taste and even if it isnt to my liking it could be to yours.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. The food, the people, the service is all wonderful. This is my family’s go to spot for Mexican food every time. I love that they offer a handful of different burritos in the morning (I love it even more when I can score one of their steak and bean, red chili pork, or green chili pork burritos)
The chicken is a must when you order here. It is so full of flavor!! This is a family owned spot and it’s really reflected in the taste and the friendliness, the food tastes just like home and the people are always sweet, asking you about your day and telling you about theirs. I’m so thankful we found this gem, 11/10 highly recommended

I asked for sour cream and they said they don’t do that until lunch and they were too busy to get some. What kind of Mexican restaurant doesn’t do sour cream even if it’s in the am. Seems like they were lazy and didn’t want to do their job or make extra money on up-sale. Why should I have to go somewhere else when they have it??? Horrible customer service!!! Not to mention the burrito was supposed to be steak and beans, with cheese, but really was beans with tortilla sprinkled with pepper. If I wanted a childs burrito I would have made it myself at home… we are adults and want real meat, and don’t want to pay 5$ for some rolled up beans!!!!! I’m just saying stop telling people that they are getting meat when all you’re selling is beans or eggs in the am while bread crumbling us on the meat! Nothing but a stomach ache in my opinion!

this place rocks the chicken is great as you probably read already. I had the fajitas today and I can only finish half so the value is incredible compared to other places so if you don’t like better or cheaper than maybe try something else.. also their jalapeños are always hot which is awesome

I came here specifically for the chicken wings. However homie. However. I also tried the tacosal pastor as well. These chicken wings took me back. Both simple while also being delicious as well. I like smaller chicken wings and these are a little bit smaller.
Next time I want to try the pollo asado. Not enough places have the chicken with sides like this place.

Stopped by here because of a reccomendation and I was not disappointed. This is the type of place I’ve been looking for. Not fancy just a mom and pop shop with food that will make you want to never stop eating. The chicken is simple but so good. I can’t explain it , just try it. I can’t wait to try more things. But I’ve been dreaming of the grilled chicken ever since I had it.

This is what I’m talking about! The best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. We have been hearing good things about Pollos El Guero for a while, but kept trying to get in on Sunday…which is difficult because they are closed on Sundays. They are tucked in the corner of the shopping center and have a small space. We walked in and found the ordering counter with the kitchen directly behind the cashier. I could see the cooks working and they had several chickens cooking over the grill. There is a large menu on the wall by the cashier and they have several options. We ordered the nachos to start and each had the chicken chimichanga with rice and beans on the side.
The seating situation is a little cramped, but we found a table for two. The nachos came out hot and fresh. They were covered with tasty beans and a little sour cream, lettuce, and tomato. Next time we will get it with meat. The chimichangas were very good and the chicken was fresh and delicious. We both left full and excited to try the tacos on our next visit. Can’t wait!
