We got a bucket of chicken and mash potatoes and coleslaw it took an hour to get our food with no one in front of us and then when we got home the chicken was soggy and gross didn’t even seem cooked right idk whats going on at kfc but we will not be back we went last week food was good but wait time was terrible idk what they are doing but this is unacceptable.

Tried to get some BBQ chicken strips. They were out. I have had this problem a number of times at this restaurant. This is a fast food restaurant. You’re not supposed to run out of a common type of food.

I ordered the famous bowl and all the chicken bites were disgusting, burnt, chewy and seemed old. It was super disappointing. Some pieces were so hard they could bust a tooth. If this is the quality this store strives for it definitely won’t be back and do not recommend.

I’m not impressed. When we walked in, we were greeted promptly and told someone would be with us shortly. That was a lie. They continued whatever they were doing and ignored us for several minutes. When finally allowed, I ordered a 2-piece leg and thigh meal. Let me tell you, they got the leg from the chicks at TSC. There is no way that leg held up a chicken. It was the tiniest baby leg I’ve ever seen. In the attached pictures, you can see it before I touched it and after I took the breading off but had not touched the meat. The “thigh” was white meat. It was dry. The gravy had congealed clots in it. None of the food was hot. Other than the fountain pop, it was a total disappointment.

I’m very content with this establishment. My wife and I ate here last night, and it was $20.53 for both of us to get a reasonable amount of food. They put everything requested in the bag, and have your food to you fast and fresh. I just wish they’d bring the buffet back

The “Manager” Crystal is the worst for customer service! I got charged twice throught the drive thru for my order she claimed it only was charged once but both charges that were made were completed and proceeded to say my bank was lying and so on. She was very rude and still was arguing with me as she was walking away from finally refunding me my money. Get better workers KFC!

Every single time we visit this KFC we receive the correct order. At times we have had to wait for food, however the order is correct with great service. Thank you to the Ionia KFC staff for a job well done!

I can’t tell you how many times the staff here has messed up my orders! I get all the way home and realize they’ve forgotten something or messed up my order. I have given them too many “second chances,” and have vowed to NEVER RETURN AGAIN! This last visit will truly be my last!
