Haven’t been here in some time, just an average place to grab a quick lunch. Grilled chicken was good but other chicken fast food is better and the fries a bit better than the chicken. They got brothers order wrong grilled instead of fried and forgot my grandnephews happy meal. Ate inside and needs a good deep clean. No ice the drink machines on 2 different occasions now…also there are no changing tables in either the men’s nor women’s room. Probably won’t be back again for a long time!!

Ok, we used to love Zaxby’s and ate there all the time, but in the last couple of years the quality has drastically changed. I cannot continue to justify the exorbitant prices for the food they are offering, so we have cut down and have only visited 4 times in about the last year and a half, and it’s not just this restaurant, but ones in other states as well. The last time was about 6 months ago and said enough back then. Well, we were craving Zaxby’s today and sold ourselves on the idea by saying that maybe this one was different because we’d never been to this particular restaurant. It was no surprise when it was the same terrible food as the last 5 or 6 times. The wings are so tiny that between the bone and the breading, what little left was dry and inedible. The tenders are about at least half the size that they used to be, and the fried pickles, what few were there, we overcooked as well. Well, so long to about $25, but it won’t happen again. We are over it.

Was not happy this time going to zaxbys and we go there alot got tenders and they were real greasy and rubbery and we wanted shakes because they seem to have the best shakes there but their machine was broken I hope they ordered extra parts just incase

Waited in line for 28 minutes for a salad and buffalo shrimp.. was served this by a guy that looked like he’d been huffing gas for his whole shift. Absolutely pitiful, don’t recommend this location.

This is the SLOWEST Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. We’ve been stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes and then they pulled us up and we’ve been sitting here for an additional 15. Had we not already paid, we would’ve driven off. This is not an uncommon occurrence, they are so slow but this is excessive. We won’t be back!

I came in around a hour ago, and i had never been to a Zaxbys before until today. I came through the drive through and this kid with a pony tail, he was very nice. The guy that brought my food out to me was very nice too, and the food came pretty fast even though it was busy. The food was delicious, will definitely be coming back soon!
