Thank you for the rose when we left! The food was delicious. I had very tender lamb and my fiancé had perfectly cooked steak. I am very confused by the comments stating the food has no flavor. I’m from an Italian family and we season everything. Our food this evening was very flavorful. Price was a little inflated but it was worth it for a special evening. My cocktail was also delicious. We will definitely be back. Also, congratulations to the couple who got engaged this evening. We watched from the corner and it was a nice addition to the night, and a sweet moment to witness.

Amazing Dinner as always!! I live out of State now and every time I come home I request to come to Soriah! Tonight I had the Duck which was perfectly cooked and had a great crusting on the skin, the sauce was a phenomenal berry reduction. We had the Trio appetizer with Dolmas, Hummus served with fresh warm Pita, as well as the Calamari. The other entrees were the Steak Diane, and the Prawns Naseem (as an entree). I love dessert trays and this one didn’t disappoint! Plus each piece was Real and from the actual options of the night. This is a forgotten art to me and I truly appreciate it when there is a Dessert Tray! I ended up getting the Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Box Cake- so rich and deep flavors it was great!

I can’t believe it took me this long to eat here! Best restaurant in Eugene hands down. Old fashioned level service, food was top tier and the drinks were artfully crafted, all a rarity to find. I loved the old chef at King Estate and the previous chef at the country club – Cafe Soriah hits all the marks! They understand good food and a superb experience! Thank you for a perfect evening! Hint, make a reservation!

This place surprised me. Exceptionally good food in taste and quality! My husband and I are both gluten-free. I ordered the Steak Diane, which I highly recommend! He ordered the rack of lamb. I don’t like lamb normally however his dish was surprisingly good! Now, it’s a month later and I am salivating for this places food, again, including the rack of lamb! Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend this place!

Update: This place still surprises me at how truly high quality their ingredients are for each dish along with the best tasting dishes. They rotate their menu seasonally with some main staples that stick around year long such as the steak Diane.

They put nuts in a lot of things and don’t mention it. Food was just okay. None of it really made us want to return. The tandoori chicken skewers as an appetizer was incredibly overpriced for some pretty burnt and chewy chicken. $17 for six cubes no more than 1″. Not even a full chicken breast worth of chicken for $17 is crazy. The best part of our night were the drinks and dessert. Service was pretty good but lack of flavor in the food made this expensive outing not worth it. Not going back and honestly feel like I deserve a partial refund for the burnt chicken yous served

Cafe Soriah has always been my go to for fine dining however my last experience left me disappointed. Ib (the owner) likes to prepare dishes out in the dining area and unfortunately we were seated near his food cart. This means we had to deal with eyelash searing pyrotechnics whenever he doused the saute pan with spirits. In addition, my ribeye steak came out only slightly warm and it was prepared medium well when I ordered medium. Our wine pours were very stingy (I’d say four oz, they should be six oz). By far the worst was that when it was time to leave and our waitress returned my coat it smelled like it had been stored in the kitchen duct work. It and my clothes just reeked on food smells. We headed home afterwards but if we had been headed out to a show I would have hated living with the smell for the rest of the evening. It took three days hanging outside for it to return to normal.

Loved this place! Get the Calamari, the Steak Diane and the Lavender Chocolate Cake. But all of it was good. Pleasant helpful staff and a nice atmosphere. I’d say this is a must visit if you are in Eugene.

Was not very impressed with the food quality. I was told by many people how great the food was, but unfortunately my experience was not. I ordered their special, the salmon. The presentation was great however my food was a little cold. The taste was not impressive but it was good nonetheless.
Our waiter was amazing, he recommended an amazing whiskey drink, his attitude was happy, very attentive and always made sure to check on us.
The dessert was phenomenal.
Price per plate including drink was approximately 45 – 50, not including dessert. A little pricey.
In conclusion, solid 4/5. Willing to try again.

Don’t miss out on this gem! Make sure to get reservation because they fill up fast. We loved the innovative and varietals of some European classics with a Mediterranean vibe. The Steak Diane and Chicken Fricassee were absolutely divine. Well seasoned, flavorful, and kept you wanting more.

This place is well worth it for a date night, a foodie adventure,or just a change of pace. Worth it!
