This place was amazing! Very cool vibes and decor, lots to look at! The lunch specials are hard to beat! Specialty personal pizza, bowl of crawfish bisque and a drink for $12.99 is unheard of. I can’t even think of a place we have gone where both of us can get an entire meal and drink for under $30. On top of that, the service was great, I wish I could remember our severs name. She was very nice and was on it with refills and checking in, even sent us on our way with a refill for the road. The food was top tier, I highly recommend the crawfish bisque, the Alfredo, the Boss Hawg, well actually, I recommend it all. Can’t wait to come back for some live music and to try more of the menu.

This place was awesome. A really cool vibe inside with tributes to music and now, cool art pieces, great food, and even better service. Savannah was great, attentive, funny, and on the spot. The pizza was great, too, though the crust was just a little chewier than I like it. The toppings were great, including the hot honey drizzle. I had the pepperoni and smoked bacon with hot honey drizzle. I also had the cheese bread, which was great. They had a great menu of beer, wine, and signature cocktails, but I didn’t have any of them. It’s in a really cute area with great shops and a custard place right across a walkable road. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Franklin.

I had high hopes for this place after reading the reviews, and honestly it’s just average. I give this place three stars because I believe the is the baseline for “good.”
The atmosphere is that of a painted cafeteria. It is loud and noisy with nothing to break up the sound of multiple conversations.
I ordered the “Kitchen Sink” Calzone which you would think would have a ton of flavor, but it was quite bland; don’t let the picture fool you. Though it says pepperoni is one of the ingredients, only 1 pepperoni was found in the pie. It wasn’t in anyway bad, just unremarkable, one of the most forgettable calzones I have eaten.
It’s convenient for those that live near, and descent prices, just not something I am going to go out of my way to return to.

We did our daughter’s big sweet 16 bash at Soulshine!!! We had an incredible time!!! Management and servers were amazing!! All the girls had such an awesome time singing karaoke and dancing!!! They made it so easy to throw the party! Very kind and accommodating! The food was delicious, ambiance was on point! It went as perfect as it could go!

We stopped in for a pizza and really enjoyed everything about this place. We went with a custom pie (BBQ sauce and meatballs) which was great! I don’t always like BBQ sauce based pizza but theirs is the right mix of tangy and spicy for me. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and they are setup for live music. There’s a bunch of cool artwork on the walls and our server even took a few minutes to share a personal story about the artist that painted many of them. I highly recommend trying Soulshine.

If you haven’t tried out this restaurant, please do yourself a favor and take your family to show them a wonderfully fun time. The food and drinks are phenomenal. And, Soulshine’s service is unbelievable.

We attended a private birthday party on 1/18/26 at Soulshine Pizza. What a great setup for a party like this. The staff was very attentive. The restaurant was clean. The pizza tasted great. I had a barbecue pizza which is now one of my favorite pizzas. We will be back.

This was the 2nd time we ordered from here. Management was great, but the pizza was certainly not what we expected. There was no taste to the pizza. Our wings were overcooked. Very dry and you could taste the frying grease. Perhaps take them out 45 seconds sooner. Thank you for your service and efforts, but this was NOT what we expected.

We stopped in for lunch, and my son loved it. He had the Cream of Crawfish Soup, and he ate every drop. It was definitely his favorite part of the meal, and we would definitely return for more of that soup. I had the Greek salad, and it was very fresh and delicious. We also ordered pizza…The Kitchen Sink. It was good, but I would probably try a different pizza next time. Thanks for a great lunch. We enjoyed it.

The food is pretty good. Not quite as delicious as I remember from the midtown location, but almost there. The house and Caesar salads are decent and Soulshine is the reason I fell in love with ricotta cheese on pizza! So good! The nachos are interesting… they’re made with pita chips and the flavor is really good. My family and I will likely return.
