Cheese on my chicken cheddar ranch was literally cold to the touch and the bun came broken and busted. I don’t know if it was stale but it had completely disintegrated by the time I got halfway done with my sandwich and I had to just piecemeal it together. Got home and my husbands cheddar roast beef had around a half a tablespoon of cheese on it. Like, whaaat tf? They treat their cheese sauce like it’s more expensive than oil. 3 stars because the chicken tenders on the sandwich where actually pretty good and the mozzarella sticks were great. Regardless, unless I’m getting tendies and mozz, I probably won’t be back for a sandwich or anything in line with that.

This is a great Arby’s. Sandwiches are made right and made quickly! Unlike some fast food places (lately), they have enough staff to get the job done. You can’t run a good restaurant without enough people.

I’m only giving the extra star because the staff really were friendly and efficient, but let’s talk about truth in advertising for a minute, shall we?
Look at the photo in my review. I ordered a Bacon Beef & Cheddar sandwich. Look at what it is purported to look like on the phone and then look at what I’m getting ready to eat. Where’s all that delicious roast beef?? And most importantly, WHERE’S THE BACON????
My loaded curly fries weren’t any better. There must be a bacon shortage in this country because it looked like they took one strip of bacon and cut it up into little squares for coverage…again, NOT the way it’s pictured anywhere.
I can give McDonald’s a pass on their photographic pictorial of LIES because they’ve been fooling us for time and memorial, but ARBY’S?? Ving always tells us of Arby’s, “WE HAVE THE MEATS!” Well, not at THIS Arby’s, anyway.
Come on, guys! You’re better than this! If you want anymore of my money, you’re going to have to reply to this comment with something that makes perfect sense why so much of this sandwich is missing.

Had to go back to get the auju they forgot to give us…get home and our fries where half empty. I always get a cheese cup to dip my curly fries in and this is the second time we’ve recieved our fries half full and had left over cheese.

Went to the Arby’s in Swartz Creek for dinner as we have many times. We live a mile from the one on Miller Rd. In Flint but have always enjoyed going to the Swartz Creek Arby’s that is five miles further. We placed our order online with the app. I got the burger deal they have and it came to $14.30, my wife wanted a water so I went up to the counter and asked for a cup for water. The girl says that will be .27 cents, I said for a cup of water, as many times as we have been there or any other Arby’s, we have never been charged for water. I asked for the manager and a young man doing the fry’s came over and I asked him about the water charge, he says yes, we have always charged for water, I told him that I had just spent $15.00 there and you still want to charge me for a cup of water, he did not offer me a cup this time as he could have. There are too many fast food places to choose from for that kind of service. Culver’s has never charged for water, maybe that’s where we need to spend our money.

I’m not used to this level of greatness from Arby’s. Unfortunately, my local Arby’s has very real struggles with staffing and management, in which the price is ultimately paid by the customers. This Arby’s in Swartz Creek still shows the end results of what a solid management team and a synergized, dedicated team of workers does for an organization. Everything was perfect, and this was from a drive through order that I received at or near 11pm, then drive home and let the dogs out before being able to enjoy it! Even at that point, the crinkle fries were cooked perfectly, with a deep golden color and a perfect snap that held 30+ minutes, and still warm mind you, by the time I was finished eating! But if you’re in the mood for Arby’s and will be in the area, it’s worth the drive to visit this location to remind yourself what Arbys is supposed to be like! Thanks to the crew here for taking pride in your work everyday, even when I’m sure at times it seems otherwise tedious and mundane to you, but myself and others like me truly do understand how difficult of a job you have and we appreciate you very much! I wish more people realized how critical to our country food service workers really are, and workers have to endure some of the worst treatment by customers of any profession that I’m aware of! Great job Arby’s crew, I will proudly continue to sport my “Will work for bacon” Arby’s T-Shirt! (Which I would love to have in a size L by the way, mine is a bit too small for my over 40 dad bod) 🙂

Fried Mac and cheese has ended but I did get some cheese sticks that were pretty tasty. Although their amount of meat on a sandwich has dramatically decreased my husband still enjoys them and they often have some decent deals. Although their regular prices are reasonable.
