They use to have the freshest tasting roast beef sandwiches so good and fresh I order it yesterday it was so dark was not fresh not good my curly fries some was not cooked and the cup of cheese taste like it went bad like spoiled milk

This meat was clearly undercooked. It is red, and not cooked. The woman on the phone argued with my fiance insinuating we may be trying to get this for free. This looks gross. We eat here often. The worker refused to take the sandwiches back as proof they were not cooked properly. Maybe your machines are broken. I dont know. All we know is we have never had roast beef this red from there, ever. We will continue to eat from here but maybe not the roast beef for a while until this is looked into

A uniquely terrible experience. Ordered chicken tenders and a few other items. Wasn’t given some of the items, and the chicken they gave me was burnt black. Literally black. I took it back in and the manager just looked at me and said they all look like that. I said I’m not eating chicken that’s been burnt to death. She gave me a refund but no apologies or explanation. Who screws up that bad, then still serves it up for people. I mean, my god, you’re serving charred carcinogenic chicken to people and that’s just the way it’s going to be? You can’t make a fresh batch that’s not burnt to hell?! I’m amazed. Her attitude was cold and indifferent, and I didn’t appreciate it. Will avoid this Arby’s.

Large free parking lot. Good staff. Food is okay too. But my grade is 4. There is a fifai but for some reason occasionally disappears. Inside comfortable sofas and chairs. Good pleasant colors of the room. You feel comfortable. I recommend to visit.

Went through the drive-thru. It took 2 minutes to be greeted at the speaker. It took 10 to get to the window once I ordered. Once at the window and paid, it took another 5 minutes to get my food. When I got home the food was good but not the best we have had. Everything was made correctly but the fish and chicken were old and not fresh at all. The worker at the window was professional. Overall it was an average experience with this location.

I may change this in the future if the restaurant ever goes uphill again, but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. With no one in line we had to wait about 5 minutes to order. This is no fault of the staff but rather that only 4 people were working the kitchen, one of them being the cashier.
They were out of roast beef, shakes were (and have been for quite some time) unavailable. In addition, the soda machine was missing Dr. Pepper and the drinks that did work sprayed water everywhere.

Went thru the drive thru. Service was awful because he didn’t hear everything I said for drinks. Only heard the food I ordered. Got to the window was only gonna give me 3 drinks of the 6 I ordered. Food was good but definitely poor customer service. Training definitely needed.
